Are you a local organization making an impact in the 804? We want you to be part of the celebration! 804 Day is the perfect stage to connect with thousands of Richmond residents and share your mission.

 

To keep the energy high and the crowd engaged, we are looking for partners who bring more than just brochures to the table!

Local Focus

This opportunity is reserved for nonprofit organizations serving the Central Virginia region.
Mandatory Activity

To be approved, your booth must provide an interactive activity. Whether it’s a quick game, a DIY craft, a photo op, or a community art project, we want our attendees to engage with your mission in a fun, hands-on way!

Space

Includes a 10' x 10' space outdoor footprint in Shockoe Bottom. No tent, table, or electricity provided.


Show our city what you do while giving them something fun to remember. We can't wait to see your creative ideas!

About the event

4th Annual 804 Day celebrating what makes Richmond the best city ever! Music, food, nonprofits and community. This year will be Saturday August 1st in the historic Shockoe Bottom from 12:00-6:00pm!

Terms & Conditions

By submitting your application for 804 Day, you agree to the following terms:

 

Payment Processing: Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Upon official approval of your application, the credit card on file will be automatically charged for the full vendor fee. All fees are non-refundable once processed.


Residency Requirement: All non-profits must serve residents of or have their primary business operations located in Central Virginia. Proof of residency may be requested.


Operational Requirements: Vendors are responsible for providing their own 10x10 tent, weights (required), tables, and chairs. All displays must stay within the allotted 10x10 footprint.


Permits & Tax: Vendors are responsible for maintaining valid business licenses and collecting/reporting Virginia State Sales Tax as required by law.


Liability: The City of Richmond and event organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods, or for any injury occurring within the vendor’s designated space.
