Krampusnacht Bremerton Food Vendor

Step into the shadows and serve the hordes.

Krampusnacht Bremerton is a high energy winter festival celebrating Alpine folklore, dark tradition, and community revelry. Held on December 6th, this event draws a large, engaged crowd of attendees who come for the spectalce, fire performers, costumed Krampus, parade and an immersive night market experience.

We are seeking food trucks and mobile food vendors to help fuel the chaos.

This is not your average market crowd, our attendees stay, explore and indulge. Vendors can excpect strong foot traffic. All of the surrounding resteraunts have reported their highest sales day of the year during our festival. Many sell out before the night is over. 

What We're Looking For:

• High quality, efficient service capable of handling peak rushes.
• Unique, crowd pleasing menus (bonus for Krampus themed items)
• Professional setup with proper permits and licensing
• Vendors prepared for evening/night operations

Krampusnacht is more than an event it's an experience. We are building a curated lineup of food vendors who can keep up with the energy and contribute to the atmosphere.

By submitting an application and/or accepting a vendor space at Krampusnacht Bremerton, all food vendors agree to the following terms:

1.      No Power or Water Provided. This is a self-sufficient event.

·       No electrical hookups or water access will be provided.

·       Vendors must supply their own power (generators), water and all operational equipment.

·       Generators must be in safe working conditions and be in compliance with local noise and               safety regulations.

2.      Permits and Licensing

·       Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required Washington State and                 local health permits, business licenses, and food handling certifications.

·       Proof of permits must be available upon request.

·       Vendors must comply with all health department regulations at all times.

3.      Insurance Requirements

·       Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required Washington State and                 local health permits, business licenses, and food handling certifications.

·       Proof of permits must be available upon request.

·       Vendors must comply with all Department regulations at all times.

4.      Setup & Breakdown

·       Vendors must arrive within their assigned load in window. Late arrivals may forfeit their                   space without refund.

·       Early Breakdown is not permitted even if you sell out.

·       Vendors are responsible for leaving their space clean and free of debris.

5.      Fire and Safety Compliance

·       All cooking equipment must meet fire safety standards.

·       Fire extinguishers are required and must be accessible.

·       Open flames, propane and generators must be operated safely and in accordance with local           fire codes.

6.      Waste & Cleanliness

·       Vendors must manage their own trash, grease, and wastewater.

·       No dumping of grease or waste on site or into public drains.

·       Spaces must be left in better condition than they were found.

7.      Menu & Conduct

·       Vendors are expected to serve food in a timely and professional manner.

·       Behavior must remain respectful to guests, staff and other vendors.

·       Krampusnacht is a dark themed event, but no hateful discriminatory or inappropriate                       conduct will be tolerated.

8.      Weather & Event Conditions

·       This is a rain or shine outdoor event. Vendors must be prepared for winter conditions.

·       No refunds due to weather conditions

9.      Vendor Fees & Cancellations

·       Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizers.

·       If a vendor cancels, their space may be reassigned without refund.

10. Liability Waiver

·       Vendors Participate at their own risk.

·       Krampus Bremerton, event organizers, property owners, and affiliates are not responsible               for loss, theft, damage, or injury.

·       Vendors assume full liability for any damages or incidents caused by their operation.

11. Event Authority

·       Event organizers reserve the right to remove any vendor who violates these terms without a           refund.

·       All decisions made by event staff are final.
