About the application
Please fill out this application if you are interested in becoming an Exhibitor for the Bearrison Street Fair, to be held on October 17, 2026, from 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm.
*Bearrison is committed to embodying a more supportive, welcoming, and culturally humble bear scene. We are excited to partner with businesses owned (or organizations led) by BIPOC, women/womyn, and enby/GNC people. If you have an idea for something that will positively add to our environment, even if it doesn’t seem like a traditional “Exhibitors”, please apply and share your vision!*
Regular Exhibitors spaces will be $300. There is a possibility to share spaces and to apply for multiple spaces. A discount may be available, especially for Exhibitors who fulfill our mission (see paragraph above). Space will be 10 ft x 10 ft.

| Single booth | $300.00 | This fee covers your 10’ x 10’ square of pavement. Prior approval through the exhibitor application is necessary. Exhibitors are responsible for all insurance and resale permits. | |
| Double booth | $600.00 | This fee covers your 10’ x 20’ square of pavement. Prior approval through the exhibitor application is necessary. Exhibitors are responsible for all insurance and resale permits. | |
| Parking Spot | $35.00 | A parking spot within the fair footprint for the day, available only for purchase before the event. | |
| Canopy | $100.00 | Rent one 10 foot by 10 foot canopy (open on all sides - walls can be rented separately) | |
| Canopy Sidewalls | $6.00 | Rent sidewalls to add on to your canopy rental. Each item represents a single side. | |
