We’re seeking unique vendors specializing in horror, Halloween, gothic art, handmade crafts, special effects, props, oddities, and everything in between. Whether you’re an independent artist, small business, or established brand, McCabe’s Horror Con is the perfect place to connect with fans who share your love for the macabre.
As a vendor, you’ll gain access to a high-energy convention floor filled with eager attendees ready to shop, explore, and discover one-of-a-kind items. Spaces are limited, and we carefully curate our vendor lineup to ensure a diverse and thrilling experience for our guests.

Terms & Conditions
Vendor Terms & Conditions – McCabe’s Horror Con
By submitting an application and participating as a vendor at McCabe’s Horror Con, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Application & Acceptance
*All vendors must complete and submit an official application for consideration.
*Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
McCabe’s Horror Con reserves the right to accept or decline any vendor based on event needs, product relevance, and space limitations.
*Approved vendors will receive confirmation, and payment will be processed once approved.
2. Payment & Fees
*Vendor space is not secured until full payment is received.
*All fees are non-refundable.
3. Booth Space & Setup
*Vendors must remain within their assigned booth space at all times.
*Booth sharing or subleasing is not permitted without prior written approval.
*Vendors are responsible for their own setup, teardown, and display materials unless otherwise specified.
*Vendor shall not use nails, tacks, or screws to be driven into any part of the facility or fixtures. They should not use any decorations, such as posters, signs, stickers, or banners.
*Glitter, confetti, and/or helium balloons are not permitted within the facility.
*Setup and breakdown times must be strictly followed.
4. Products & Conduct
*All items sold must align with the horror, Halloween, gothic, or alternative theme of the event.
*McCabe’s Horror Con reserves the right to request removal of any item deemed inappropriate, offensive, or inconsistent with event standards. No nudity is allowed.
*The sale of illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items is strictly forbidden.
*Vendors must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward attendees, staff, and other vendors at all times.
5. Licensing & Permits
*Vendors are responsible for obtaining any required business licenses, permits, and tax identification numbers.
*Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
*Sales tax collection and reporting are the sole responsibility of the vendor.
6. Liability & Insurance
*McCabe’s Horror Con and McCabe’s Costumes are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise or equipment.
*Vendors participate at their own risk and are encouraged to carry appropriate insurance.
*Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless McCabe’s Horror Con, McCabe’s Costumes, event staff, and venue from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation.
7. Cancellations
*Vendor cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Fees are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 30 days before the event, we will refund your vendor payment if we find another vendor to take your place. If no replacement is found, vendor fees will not be refunded.
*In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, emergencies), McCabe’s Horror Con reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event without liability.
8. Safety & Compliance
*Vendors must adhere to all venue rules, fire codes, and safety regulations.
*Open flames, hazardous materials, or unsafe displays are prohibited unless explicitly approved.
*Aisles and exits must remain clear at all times.
9. Electricity & Special Requests
*Electricity is available directly from the Convention Center. We will send out a utilities order form upon payment of your vendor fees.
*Public Wifi is available from the Convention Center at no additional cost.
10. Marketing & Media
*By participating, vendors grant McCabe’s Horror Con permission to use photos or videos of their booth, products, and likeness for promotional purposes.
*Vendors are encouraged to promote their participation but must not misrepresent their affiliation with the event.
11. Agreement
*Submission of a vendor application constitutes agreement to all terms and conditions listed above.
*McCabe’s Horror Con reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
