Hi there!
Please fill out this application if you are interested in being a vendor at our film community yard sale event on AUGUST 1st, 2026 @ PC&E from 9:00AM to 3:00PM. 
This covers one 10 x 10 space for you to sell your items. You must provide your own table and or cart for showcasing the gear. We are limited our vendors to 2 spaces max due to limited space and wanting to accomodate as much as possible. 

This application is for vendors interested in selling film related items such as, but not limited to: 
- cameras and accessories
- tools

- lighting, stands
- props, wardrobe kits
- expendables
- film industry books, learning materials

- photography backdrops, props


 

Disclaimers:

1. This form will not guarantee you a spot at the yard sale. You will be charged upon approval. It is non-refundable. 

2. We do not guarantee any sales or profits. Please participate at your own discretion.

3. All profits and transactions will be between the seller and buyer.

 

What you should bring:
- Tables, carts, tent (12 x 12 max), if applicable 
- Your own power source if something needs to be plugged in.
- Methods of payment (i.e. QR codes for people to pay you, change money, credit card machine etc)

 

All proceeds will go to event expenses and the Entertainment Community Fund. 

About the event

Hello friends! The '3 GWORLS" are back and very excited to host our 3rd ATL Film Yard Sale this fall at PC&E! This event is FREE to attend as a guest. What is it all about? Our goal is to create an environment for filmmakers to safely sell their gear and film related items in a trustworthy space. With common scams on sites like Facebook Marketplace, we've experienced how difficult it can be to sell equipment to legitimate sources. We will be bringing the film community together to buy, sell and network. We want to provide an opportunity for people to make a couple extra bucks as the strikes have deeply affected our community. It will be a great time to reconnect with friends or make new ones. Please reach out if you have any additional questions/concerns. We are a small team of 3 and we do our best to respond within 1-2 business days! We had the honor to support the Sarah Jones foundation last year. This year, we are honored to support the "Entertainment Community Fund." The Entertainment Community Fund supports those who have a career in the arts, including film, theater, television, music, opera, radio and dance. They provide emergency financial assistance, career resources, counseling and workshops. All proceeds from our ticket drawing purchases and charity table will go towards this fund. We will be updating this Eventeny and our IG page as the date approaches, so please be on the lookout for any important announcements. Thank you for your support! See y'all there. :)
