About the application

Below is an application to be a vendor / exhibitor at Tampa Toy Con 2026. We are looking for GREAT vendors who have items that we feel fit our shows theme and things that are closely related.  If you feel you fit our show and want access to our audience, please fill out the form below. Vendors we are looking for: 

 

  • Vintage & Modern Toys (Actions Figures, Playsets, and Legos)
  • Pokemon Cards and other TCG Collectible Cards
  • Comic Books and Comic Related Artwork
  • Retro Gaming including consoles, games, etc

About the event

TAMPA TOY CON is Back for 2026! SPECIAL Guests: TBD New LARGER 50,000 Sq Ft Building! More vendors = More Amazing Stuff! Toy Displays... Batmobile & Batman Toy Display Star Wars Toy Display Ghostbusters Cosplay Group & Much more... 150+ Tables of TOYS, COMICS, DIECAST, ARTISTS, AND MORE! TONS of POP CULTURE GOODNESS! 2 DAY SHOW! Saturday July 12th: 9-4pm Sunday July 13th: 9am-4pm KIDS under 12 are still FREE + Free Hot Wheels or Pokemon Cards Tickets: Saturday: $15 (all day) Sunday: $10 (all day) Parking: There is a cost for parking at the Fairgrounds 🙁 ($10 per day) Some of the TOYS We will have: All toy lines covered from vintage to modern. Hot Wheels, GI-JOE, Godzilla, Star Wars, Transformers, Ghostbusters, Mego, Wrestling Action Figures, Funko Pop figures, Nightmare Before Christmas, Horror & Monster Figures, and tons more! Plus! we will have Girl marketed toys like My Little Pony, Fisher Price, Barbie, and Strawberry Shortcake these are all here too. Hot Wheels, Diecast & Slot Cars! We will have tons of Hot Wheels, Matchbox including vintage redlines, modern cars Retro Gaming: You can expect to see vendors with vintage and modern Atari, Nintendo, Sony Playstation, Sega Genesis and more. We have a great mix of vendors bringing retro games. Comics & Artists: We have several comic specific vendors that we have added to the show... Tons & Tons of stuff... over 40,000 sq feet of awesome items. 150+ tables

  • If you are approved you will adhere to our vendor rules including staying the ENTIRE duration of the show.

Artist Aisle Table Space $175.00 Non-refundable
Aisle Table Space $220.00 Non-refundable Table space for the entire weekend. Includes an 8ft table, 2 chairs, and 6ft behind your table. 2 Vendor Lanyards
10x10 Booth in Aisle $260.00 Non-refundable This is a 10x10 space in an aisle.
Corner Aisle 10x10 Booth $295.00 Non-refundable This is a larger aisle booth that is on a end of an aisle. Your space has aisles on both sides and includes 1 - 8ft tables and 2 chairs.
10x10 Booth on Wall $345.00 Non-refundable This is for 1 - 10x10 space on the outside wall (no vendors behind you). This booth space includes 1 table and 2 chairs.
Double 10x10 Wall Booth Space $700.00 Non-refundable This is a special price for a 10x20 booth space. This space includes a 10x20 space on the wall, 2 Tables, and up to 4 chairs.
