On Valentine's Day - Sunday, February 14th from 12pm to 5pm we’re bringing together a vibrant showcase of cultures within the LGBTQIA+ community—featuring stunning performances, breathtaking art, and incredible food from around the world. It’s a true feast for the senses, and we want YOU to be part of it!
We’re looking for fun, unique, and culturally inclusive vendors to line the streets and help us celebrate diversity in every form.

Terms & Conditions
Vendor Information & Requirements
Electricity: Electricity is not provided. Vendors must plan accordingly.
Tents & Equipment: Vendors are responsible for providing their own 10’ x 10’ tent, tables, chairs, and any additional supplies needed for setup and operation.
Vendor Space Assignments:
Booth locations will be assigned and communicated approximately one week prior to the event.
Load-In & Setup:
Load-in begins at 8:00 AM. All vendors must be fully set up and ready for business by 11:00 AM.
Breakdown:
Vendors may not begin breakdown or tear down before 5:00 PM.
Refund Policy:
• Full refunds are available up to 30 days prior to the event
• 50% refunds are available up to 14 days prior to the event
• No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the event

| Food Truck | $200.00 | Non-refundable | This is for a food truck parking spot. |
| Food Tent 10X10 for non-alcoholic drinks and/or snacks (e.g., lemonade, popcorn, etc.) | $150.00 | Non-refundable | This is a 10X10 space for snack/non-alcoholic beverages, no food trucks or kitchen setup. |
