Food Truck Vendor Information – First Friday: Fiesta Live at The Yard
We’re excited to welcome a limited number of food vendors to First Friday: Fiesta Live at The Yard in Downtown Temple!
Event Details:
• Date: May 1
• Time: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Location: The Yard, Downtown Temple
Vendor Setup:
• Load-in: 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM
• All food trucks must be fully parked and set up no later than 4:30 PM
• Breakdown begins after the event concludes at 8:00 PM
Important Notes:
• Limited vendor spots available
• Acceptance and waitlist notifications will be sent by Friday, April 15
• Electricity will be provided onsite
• No generators or external sound systems permitted due to scheduled live performances
Event Atmosphere:
This First Friday will feature a lively fiesta theme with live music, community seating, and a vibrant downtown environment. Vendors are encouraged to provide quick, high-quality service to accommodate guests enjoying music, dining, and downtown exploration.

City of Temple Requirements (Food Vendors Must Provide):
All participating vendors must comply with local and state regulations, including:
• Valid City of Temple Mobile Food Unit Permit
• Food Handler Certification and/or Certified Food Manager on site
• Compliance with local health inspection requirements
• Valid Texas Sales & Use Tax Permit
• Required fire safety equipment (including fire extinguisher)
Vendors are responsible for ensuring all permits, licenses, and certifications are current and available for inspection during the event.
