About the application

The Kalamazoo Farmer's Market is now accepting vendor applications for the 2026 Season. Participation in the 2026 Farmers Market program includes a two step process.

The first step is to register your business as a vendor. This registration is a general application that allows you to create your profile, upload documents, establish your vendor profile, and outline your marketing branding elements.  This general application will allow the event team to determine the best way to support your participation in the program throughout the year.

The second step is to register individually for the various events that you want to participate in. This separate application system by event type allows the event team to add events, provide updates to existing events, and help to streamline the process for making sure events are supportive of the participating events.

The individual events include, but are not limited to the following applications:

  • Saturday Farmers Market - Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., May 2 through October 24, 2026.
  • Thursday's Night Market - 4 series event in partnernship with Edison Neighborhood - Dates and times will be announced as soon as possible.
  • Tuesday Markets - June through October -
  • Winter Market - announced soon but probably not until Summer

This general application is designed to also provide information about previous participation, booth numbers assigned for previous events, and business information. As the transition is supported and this new vendor application is launched, every effort will be made to support vendors, assure that the transition is smooth and intentional, and that the experience the market promises is supported and engaged.

Throughout the season, vendors will be able to update their profiles, add additional information and use this site as a way to help event planners better position, engage, and support sales and reputations for vendors.

Please note that vendor booth fees are commensurate with the booth spaces and the complete payment rates are outlined in the individual event application sites. Payments will be through the site.
