Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and may close at any time once capacity is reached. Many categories fill well before the listed deadline.
Foodees Fest is a large-scale, outdoor, multi-day festival built around food, culture, and small businesses that know how to show up and stand out. Vendors are selected based on product category, quality, presentation, professionalism, and event needs.
Admission is free!
Each event brings together vendors, including food trucks, tented food vendors, artisans, authors, and specialty crafters. Raleigh has already proven to be a strong market, and this fall, we’re leaning into a seasonal, Fall & Halloween-inspired experience.
This application helps us understand your business, your offerings, and how you fit into the overall event. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. We curate carefully to protect vendor success and avoid oversaturation.
You must enter method of payment for application to be fully submitted, and all spaces are first come first serve.

Vendors must apply under the category that accurately reflects their setup and what they sell.
Sponsors/Businesses, please reach out to Booking@foodeesfest.com as there is a separate channel for your business.
Event Expectations & Requirements
• Vendors must be fully self-sufficient
• Power and water are not provided
• Silent generators only (70 dB or lower)
• Straight-leg canopy tents only/White or branded with signage
• Clean, professional setups are required
• Signage must be clear and presentable
• Beverage sales are limited and require approval
Insurance is required for all vendors
You will need a general liability policy with Foodees, LLC listed as additionally insured. If needed, this can be purchased during the application/approval process.
Menu & Product Approval
All food vendors must submit a full menu with their application.
Only approved items may be sold during the event.
No menu changes will be allowed after approval.
Curated Experience
We intentionally limit categories to give each vendor a fair opportunity to perform well. Unique offerings, strong presentation, and creative execution matter here.
For this event, vendors are required to lean into the fall / Halloween theme with booth decor, branding, or menu creativity. It adds to the overall experience and draws stronger engagement from attendees.

All vendors are required to remain set up and in place for the duration of the event in order to provide a consistently high-quality experience for our patrons. Vendors may NOT depart the event prior to the conclusion without direction from Foodees LLC staff.

Friday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Important Notes
• All vendors are expected to operate for all three days
• Late arrival, early breakdown, or no-shows may result in removal without refund
• Failure to follow event guidelines may impact future booking eligibility

You are responsible for joining the Foodees Vendor & Sponsors Facebook group for all event updates, logistics, and required information. You are also responsible for reaching out to the Foodees team with any questions and for ensuring you are fully compliant with all city, county, and state requirements applicable to your business.
All terms outlined in this application and agreement must be read in full prior to submission. Submission of this application confirms that you understand and agree to abide by all terms set forth by Foodees, LLC.
Foodees, LLC operates rain or shine. Refunds are only issued in the event that Foodees cancels the event in full. A rescheduled event is not considered a cancellation. Transfers to other events are not permitted.
Please confirm that you are applying for the correct event location. All applications are event-specific.
If your application is not immediately approved, it may be placed on a waitlist based on category availability. Approval timing may vary, and applications can be approved and charged as space becomes available.
If you no longer wish to participate and have not yet been approved, it is your responsibility to withdraw your application. Applications that remain active may be approved and charged as availability changes. Foodees, LLC does not issue refunds for failure to withdraw an application.
Approval & Participation
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. FoodeesFest reserves the right to approve, deny, or remove any vendor at its sole discretion. Vendor placement is determined by FoodeesFest and is final.
All food trucks must be fully self-sufficient, including power, water, and waste management, with all business operations contained entirely within the vehicle.
Approved Items
Vendors may sell only items submitted and approved in their application. Unauthorized items, substitutions, or additions are prohibited and may result in immediate removal without refund.This application does not grant exclusive rights to sell food or items at the even. Multiple vendors may be scheduled, however we do carefully limit categories and ensure that businesses adhere to the menu in this application.No space sharing or splitting is permitted. Prepackaged/Craft vendors are not permitted to sell beverages.
Pricing & Signage
All prices must be clearly displayed using professionally printed signage. Handwritten signs are not permitted. Prices must be submitted for approval in advance. Price gouging or inconsistent pricing will result in removal and permanent disqualification from future FoodeesFest events.
Waste Management & Cleanup
Vendors must leave their space in the same condition as it was upon arrival. All trash and food waste must be disposed of in designated dumpsters, cardboard must be broken down, and no grease, oil, food residue, sauces, or liquids may be dumped, rinsed, spilled, or poured onto the ground, pavement, grass, drains, or surrounding areas.
All vendors must be fully self-contained, including:
Power (generators must be quiet and properly maintained)
Water supply
Wastewater containment
Trash disposal
No dumping of any kind is permitted on-site.
Grease mats or containment trays are required for all food vendors. Any spills or stains must be cleaned immediately using proper absorbents. A Foodees staff member must inspect and sign off on your space Sunday night prior to departure.
Failure to comply, including grease stains, food or liquid spillage, trash left behind, or improper disposal, will result in forfeiture of your deposit and may result in additional remediation fees exceeding $500 based on cleanup costs, venue charges, and documented damages.
Deposits
A cash-only deposit is required at check-in:
• $100 for food trucks and tented food vendors
• $50 for artisans and crafters
Deposits are refundable only if the vendor:
• Remains onsite for the full event
• Properly cleans their space
• Complies with all rules and protocols
Any vendor who leaves early, no-shows, or violates event rules will forfeit their deposit, this includes but is not limited to, cleanliness throughout the event.
Load-In, Attendance & Early Exit
Vendors must arrive and set up during assigned load-in time, these will be posted in the vendors and sponsors group and it is up to you to join, answer the questions and monitor the group for updates. Late arrivals may be turned away without refund. Vendors must remain onsite for the full event duration. Early exit forfeits deposit and future booking eligibility.
Fees, Taxes & Processing
Vendor invoices include the vendor fee, applicable sales tax, and processing fees. All fees are non-refundable unless FoodeesFest cancels the event, a reschedule is not classified as a cancellation.
Weather, Rescheduling & Venue Changes
Events are rain or shine. Reschedules are not cancellations. Venue, layout, or operational changes may occur for safety or logistical reasons and are not grounds for refund.
Chargebacks
Vendors agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes. Any chargeback will result in permanent removal from all FoodeesFest events and will be treated as fraudulent.
Licensing, Permits & Compliance
Vendors are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required licenses, permits, health certificates, and insurance. All required documentation must be displayed onsite. Vendors must comply with all city, county, and state regulations.
Insurance Requirement
Vendors must carry general liability insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence and list Foodees, LLC as additionally insured. Insurance may be purchased through Eventeny’s insurance partner after approval.
Media Release
Vendors grant FoodeesFest permission to use photos, video, and brand likeness for marketing purposes. All media captured at the event is the property of FoodeesFest.
Refund & Transfer Policy – Please Read Carefully
All vendor fees are final and non-refundable. All disputes will be formally defended using signed agreements and documented communication.
Foodees Fest does not offer refunds, credits, or transfers for any reason, including but not limited to:
Weather conditions
Vendor Cancellation
Low attendance
Sales performance
Changes in personal availability
Travel issues
Illness or emergencies
Event reschedules
By submitting your application and accepting a space, you are committing to participate in the event as scheduled.
If Foodees Fest cancels an event entirely, further direction will be provided at that time. Otherwise, all events are rain or shine and proceed as planned.
Please only apply if you are fully prepared to commit.
Liability
Vendors assume all risk related to their property, staff, and operations. FoodeesFest is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Communication
Vendors consent to receive email and SMS communications related to the event. Opt-out instructions are provided with each message.
