Southern Bites & Nights Anderson

Southern Bites & Nights at the Anderson Civic Center (May 29–31) is a curated, family-friendly festival featuring food vendors, artisans, and live entertainment. This application is for vendors seeking participation in a well-organized, high-quality event focused on community connection and a balanced vendor mix.

We are currently accepting applications for the following categories:

Food Trucks, Trailers, and Food Tents
Dessert Vendors
Beverage Vendors
Arts, Crafts, and Retail Vendors
Business/Service Vendors
Please note:

All vendors are subject to approval. We intentionally limit category duplication to avoid oversaturation and support vendor success.
Food vendors must be fully permitted and compliant with all local health regulations. Additional documentation may be required upon approval.
Vendors must be self-sufficient, including power. Quiet generators (≤70 dB) are required and will be checked upon arrival.
Booth sizes must match your application selection. Food vendors may not operate in 10x10 spaces.
Setup & Breakdown:

Load-in schedules and staging instructions will be provided upon acceptance.
Vendors must adhere to assigned setup windows to ensure smooth event operations.
Early breakdown is not permitted.
Parking & Logistics:

Vendor parking and unloading procedures will be coordinated in advance.
Space for stock trailers may be limited and subject to additional fees.
Event Policies:

This is a rain-or-shine event.
All payments are final. No refunds will be issued.
Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe space, including proper waste and grease disposal.

By submitting an application for Southern Bites & Nights at the Anderson Civic Center (May 29–31), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

 
Application & Acceptance
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Vendors are selected based on product type, quality, and category balance to avoid oversaturation.
All decisions made by event management are final.
 
Payment Terms
Approved vendors will receive an invoice which must be paid within 24 hours to secure placement.
Failure to pay within the stated timeframe may result in forfeiture of your space.
A $25 reissue fee will apply to any resent invoices.
 
No Refund Policy
This is a rain-or-shine event.
All payments are non-refundable, including but not limited to weather, low attendance, or vendor inability to attend.
 
Setup & Breakdown
Vendors must adhere to assigned load-in times and staging instructions.
Vendors must be fully set up prior to event opening.
Early breakdown is strictly prohibited and may impact acceptance into future events.
 
Vendor Conduct & Operations
Vendors are expected to maintain a professional, respectful, and family-friendly environment.
Booth spaces must remain clean and visually presentable at all times.
Vendors are responsible for their own setup, equipment, and staffing.
 
Power & Equipment
Vendors must be self-sufficient.
Silent generators are required. Generators deemed disruptive may not be permitted to operate.
 
Food Vendor Compliance
All food vendors must comply with local health department regulations.
Additional documentation (including most recent inspection) may be required upon approval.
 
Liability & Responsibility
Vendors participate at their own risk.
Event organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vendor property.
Vendors are responsible for any damage caused to the venue and may be subject to additional fees.
 
Weather & Force Majeure
The event will proceed rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe.
No refunds will be issued due to weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond event control.
 
Media & Promotion
By participating, vendors grant permission for photos and videos of their booth, products, and staff to be used for promotional purposes by NVRMORE Entertainment & Festivals, LLC.
 
Agreement
By submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined above.
