2026 OC Pride Festival & Parade — Food Truck Application
This is the application to participate as a Food Truck vendor at the 2026 OC Pride Festival & Parade to be held on Saturday, October 10, 2026 in Downtown Santa Ana. At this time, OC Pride is not accepting applications for food vendors that do not operate out of a Food Truck.
Early Bird pricing reflects a discount of $60 per space reserved and ends on May 31, 2026. Applications received on or after August 7, 2026 will incur a $100 late fee. Please note that exhibitor registration will close on September 4, 2026, or when all spots are filled. That said, we strongly recommend registering early, as booth spaces fill up fast.

Esta es la solicitud para participar como proveedor de camión de comida (Food Truck) en el Festival y Desfile de OC Pride 2026, que se llevará a cabo el sábado 10 de octubre de 2026 en el centro de Santa Ana. En este momento, OC Pride no está aceptando solicitudes de proveedores de alimentos que no operen desde un camión de comida.

2026 OC Pride Festival & Parade — Exhibitor Application Terms and Conditions
OC Pride must comply with sponsor exclusivity agreements, as well as applicable state, county, and local regulations governing exhibitor participation in the City of Santa Ana. OC Pride reserves the right to deny applications based on these and any other grounds deemed reasonable and necessary by OC Pride in its sole discretion. If your application is denied, any payment made to OC Pride will be refunded promptly.

ONCE THE APPLICATION IS ACCEPTED, THE EXHIBITOR PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT BECOMES EFFECTIVE. AT THAT TIME, ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS OC PRIDE CANCELS THE EVENT.
By submitting this application, I agree to thoroughly read the OC Pride Exhibitor Participation Agreement located in the Related Files section. I understand that my organization and its staff, employees, and volunteers are bound by the terms of the Exhibitor Participation Agreement.

OC Pride debe cumplir con los acuerdos de exclusividad de patrocinadores, así como con las regulaciones estatales, del condado y locales aplicables que rigen la participación de expositores en la Ciudad de Santa Ana. OC Pride se reserva el derecho de rechazar solicitudes basándose en estos y cualquier otro motivo considerado razonable y necesario por OC Pride a su entera discreción. - I understand that Exhibitor agrees to keep its booth open on Saturday, October 10, 2026 from 12:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. I understand that vacating the booth early without prior written permission from OC Pride is grounds for forfeiture of the Exhibitor's Security Deposit.
- I hereby confirm that the information provided in the Exhibitor Application is, to the best of my knowledge, true and correct. I further certify that I have read all of the terms and conditions of the Exhibitor Participation Agreement and agree to comply with them.

- What is your Santa Ana Business License Number?
- I understand that our organization or business must apply for a Santa Ana Business License for Event Participants by submitting an application and all required fees to the City of Santa Ana Business Tax Section. Once a business license number is obtained, I will inform OC Pride. I also understand that failure to obtain the required license will result in removal from the Festival.
- Please upload a copy of your current, valid OC Health Permit.
- I understand that my business must obtain a valid Health Permit from OC Health Care Agency as soon as possible. Once a permit is issued, I affirm that my business will submit proof to OC Pride. I understand that failure to obtain the required permit will result from exclusion from the Festival without refund.
