ACCEPTED CATEGORIES

11. Cleanup

Vendors must fully clean their booth area before leaving the Event and must check out with their assigned quadrant leader. A $200 cleanup fee will be assessed if any trash, oil, food waste, boxes, bags, or materials are left behind — regardless of quantity — or if any outstanding fees remain unpaid, or if the vendor leaves without checking out with a quadrant leader.

You can ONLY sell water through us which will be sold for $3, of which you will make $1.50. If you'd like to sell water, please let us know a week in advance and have a cooler with ice ready to go.

13. INFLUENCERS

We will be working closely with 10 influencers every month who will be official VSF influencers. All food and beverage vendors are required to offer 10 influencers one item of food or a drink you'd like them to promote for you. They will post to social media AND collab with you. This is our way of ensuring that your product has more eyeballs than you'd nomally get. Please also have 1 item ready for the Vegan Street Fair team which will be Roxy.

Vendors are required to promote their participation on at least two social media platforms using VSF Connects-provided graphics. Vendors must share the official Event listing and may not create a competing Facebook event.

16. Conduct

All vendor staff must conduct themselves professionally at all times. VSF Connects reserves the right to remove any vendor or vendor personnel prior to or during the Event, without refund, for selling non-vegan items, unsafe operations, failure to follow staff instructions, or any conduct deemed disruptive or unsafe. Animals of any kind are not permitted inside booths.

17. Liability & Indemnification

Participation in the Event involves inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, vendors release VSF Connects, Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from participation in the Event, including personal injury, theft, or property damage. Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless VSF Connects from any claims arising out of their products, operations, conduct, or failure to obtain required permits or licenses.

18. Photo & Video Release

Vendors may be photographed or recorded during the Event. By participating, vendors authorize VSF Connects and its partners to use their name, likeness, photos, and video for marketing, documentation, and promotional purposes without compensation. Any vendor who reposts VSF Connects content must credit @veganstreetfair in the caption.

19. Refund & Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds under any circumstances, including weather, government action, pandemics, or other unforeseen events. If you cannot attend, email vendors@veganstreetfair.com as early as possible. VSF Connects may issue a credit toward a future event at its sole discretion. Day-of cancellations and no-shows without prior communication will not be credited and may affect future acceptance. VSF Connects recommends ACT Insurance for event coverage.

20. Force Majeure
