Food Truck Vendor Application - Sparks & Stripes Fest 2026
About the application
Apply to serve food at Sparks & Stripes Fest 2026, Raleigh's premier July 4th outdoor festival. We are accepting food trucks serving American classics, BBQ, street food, desserts, beverages, and specialty cuisines. Selected trucks will be placed on Food Row with high foot traffic and full access to our festival map and attendee marketplace. Booth fees are due upon approval. Setup begins at 8am on July 4th. Breakdown no earlier than 10pm. All trucks must be self-contained with their own generator. Proof of food handler permit and liability insurance required.

By submitting this application, you agree to the following: All booth fees are non-refundable after approval. Vendors must arrive during designated setup windows. Eventeny will manage all on-site payment processing via QR code. Outside alcohol sales are prohibited unless separately permitted.
