APPLICATION FEE & BOOTH FEE
The non-refundable application fee is $10 and $125 booth fee that is automatically deducted upon your acceptance. FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

We are not responsible for declined payments or expired cards. To ensure your participation, please make sure your payment method is valid. 

VENDOR RESPONSIBILITY

1. Applicant hereby agrees to assume all risks and responsibilities for accidents, injuries or damages to person or property and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Culver Rd Armory, Whitney Baird Associates LLC., and their directors, board members, volunteers, show sponsors, and THEMATA, Shop Peppermint LLC and the Culver Rd Armory, against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, theft, damage, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from or in connection with Applicant’s participation in the show or from Applicant's activities conducted upon the festival property. 
2. Applicant is charged with knowledge of all laws, ordinances and regulations pertaining to health, fire prevention and public safety while participating in the show.
3. The event is held rain,snow or shine but may be cancelled due to ongoing public health and safety concerns.
4. Any changes should be discussed with the Event Coordinator prior to the festival for approval.
5. Any Applicant not in compliance with the above policies understands they may be asked to leave and may not be invited back to future events.
6. Only approved, handcrafted items (made by the seller) may be sold at THEMATA.  
7. Participant's booths must remain standing and occupied for the entirely of the festival (until 4pm or 6PM).
8. There is no booth sharing.
9. If you wish to apply for more than one category, please create a new profile on EVENTENY to do so. Unfortunately this is the only way to apply.

PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY
Photographs/videos are occasionally taken of participants of activities and events and of visitors to the festival. These photographs/videos are used to promote THEMATA in future printed materials and a variety of other publications, including social media.

DETAILS:

1. THIS MARKET IS INDOORS at the CULVER ROAD ARMORY. The space is towards the back next door to fleet feet.
2. Space is 7’x8’ (very tight, plan ahead & design your booth ahead of time.)
3. You are NOT allowed to use the walls under any circumstances to stick, hammer or tape any part of your display.
4. There is no internet/wifi
5. You may ONLY bring work that was submitted in the category on your instagram or website.
6. As an example, if you submit under jewelry, do not bring candles. Out-of-category offerings will be asked to leave.
7. There are no refunds for booth fees.
