About the application
This isn’t your average convention market. The Krampus Market will be held on Saturday, February 6, 2027 from 10am to 6pm.
The Krampus America Market is built for the strange, the dark, and the unforgettable. We’re looking for artists, makers, and curators who bring Krampus, folklore, horror, and winter tradition to life through their work. If your booth stops people in their tracks, sparks curiosity, and leans into the beautifully wicked—you belong here. The event location will be held outside at Coastal Creative in St. Petersburg, FL. All vendors interested, complete application and then once accepted, information regarding set up and breakdown will be provided.

Terms & Conditions
Krampus America Convention Market – Vendor Application Terms & Conditions
By submitting an application, you (“Vendor”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Application & Acceptance
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the market.
All vendors are selected at the sole discretion of Krampus America Convention organizers based on product type, quality, originality, and overall market balance.
The event reserves the right to accept or decline any application for any reason.
2. Product Guidelines
Vendors must accurately represent the products they intend to sell.
Preference is given to original, handmade, or artist-designed goods aligned with Krampus, folklore, horror, gothic, or winter traditions.
Mass-produced or resale items may be limited or restricted.
Approved vendors may only sell items listed in their application unless prior written approval is granted.
3. Booth Space & Assignment
Booth spaces are assigned at the discretion of event organizers. Booth deminsions are 12' X 12'. for $130. Tent and weight rentals are available for $15. The hours are 10am to 6 pm.
Specific placement requests may be considered but are not guaranteed.
Vendors must remain within their assigned space and respect neighboring vendors.
4. Fees & Payment
Vendors will be charged upon acceptance for booth fees.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the coordinators.
If a vendor cancels, no refunds will be issued.
Booth spaces are non-transferable without written approval.
6. Setup, Breakdown & Attendance
Vendors are required to adhere to all scheduled setup and breakdown times.
Late arrivals or early breakdowns without prior approval may affect eligibility for future events.
Vendors who fail to attend without notice may be restricted from future participation.
7. Conduct & Professionalism
Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner toward attendees, staff, and other vendors.
Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
8. Liability & Insurance
Vendors participate at their own risk.
Krampus America Convention, its organizers, staff, and affiliates are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vendor property.
Vendors are responsible for any damage caused by their booth or operations.
9. Compliance
Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including business licensing, permits, and tax requirements.
Vendors must collect and report sales tax as required by law.
10. Use of Images & Promotion
By participating, vendors grant permission for event organizers to use photos or videos of their booth and products for promotional purposes.
Vendors are encouraged to promote the event through their own channels.
11. Event Changes
Event organizers reserve the right to modify event details, including layout, hours, or vendor placement, as needed.
Vendors will be notified of any significant changes.
12. Agreement
By submitting this application, the Vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
13. Themed Merchandise Requirement: To maintain the authentic spirit of the event, all accepted vendors are required to offer at least one Krampus-themed or folklore-inspired item for sale. This can be a specialized version of your existing product line or a unique creation specifically for this market.
