Exhibitor Application

Welcome to the Anime Milwaukee! Please look through our application and let us know if you have any questions.

The exhibit hall is currently accepting applications for WAITLIST only. Payment Deadline: 14 Days from receipt of Acceptance Letter Exhibitors will be notified on an ongoing basis as applications are reviewed and a suitable space becomes available. Exhibitors will have 14 days to respond confirming their intent to participate after notification of acceptance and confirm we can process the card on file, otherwise, the acceptance is forfeit. Booth Prices Vendor spaces are $450 per 10'x10' space with a maximum of 4 spaces total permitted. Surcharge for corner placement is $100 per space. One table and two chairs are provided per booth space. Exhibitor booth locations will be assigned. Exhibitor location preferences will be considered when assigning locations but cannot be guaranteed. Booth Add-OnsAdditional badges, pipe & drape, electrical outlets, internet access, and additional skirted tables and chairs can be purchased via this application. Stickers are prohibited from being sold, or distributed in any manner, by the convention center. While this is not an AMKE policy, we have to enforce it, so we cannot allow any sort of adhesive backed items in the Exhibit Hall or Artists’ Alley. This is a Zero-Tolerance Policy and those in violation will be ejected from the hall without refund. Please don’t bring them into the building.  Washi tape, pop sockets, memo pads, and other gently adhesive items are still allowed. It is only stickers and similar adhesive decals that are currently banned. COVID-19 PoliciesAnime Milwaukee requires everyone who enters the convention space to show either proof of COVID-19 vaccination or negative COVID-19 test result received within 72 hours prior to the start of the convention. Masks are required to be worn at all times in the convention spaces.

Anime Milwaukee (AMKE) is a three-day anime convention that operates at the Hilton Milwaukee City Center and Wisconsin Convention Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with an estimated economic impact of $3.9 million to the downtown area. We celebrate and educate fans about anime, manga, Asian culture, music and gaming.
