Anime Milwaukee (AMKE) is a three-day anime convention that operates at the Hilton Milwaukee City Center and Wisconsin Convention Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with an estimated economic impact of $3.9 million to the downtown area. We celebrate and educate fans about anime, manga, Asian culture, music and gaming.

Welcome to the Anime Milwaukee! Please look through our application and let us know if you have any questions.

The exhibit hall is currently accepting applications for WAITLIST only.
 
Payment Deadline: 14 Days from receipt of Acceptance Letter
 
Exhibitors will be notified on an ongoing basis as applications are reviewed and a suitable space becomes available. Exhibitors will have 14 days to respond confirming their intent to participate after notification of acceptance and confirm we can process the card on file, otherwise, the acceptance is forfeit.
 
Booth Prices
Vendor spaces are $450 per 10'x10' space with a maximum of 4 spaces total permitted. Surcharge for corner placement is $100 per space. One table and two chairs are provided per booth space.
 
Exhibitor booth locations will be assigned. Exhibitor location preferences will be considered when assigning locations but cannot be guaranteed.
 
Booth Add-Ons
Additional badges, pipe & drape, electrical outlets, internet access, and additional skirted tables and chairs can be purchased via this application. Please make sure to select the correct amount on your application.
 
Stickers
Stickers are prohibited from being sold, or distributed in any manner, by the convention center. While this is not an AMKE policy, we have to enforce it, so we cannot allow any sort of adhesive backed items in the Exhibit Hall or Artists’ Alley. This is a Zero-Tolerance Policy and those in violation will be ejected from the hall without refund. Please don’t bring them into the building. 
 
Washi tape, pop sockets, memo pads, and other gently adhesive items are still allowed. It is only stickers and similar adhesive decals that are currently banned.
 
COVID-19 Policies
Anime Milwaukee requires everyone who enters the convention space to show either proof of COVID-19 vaccination or negative COVID-19 test result received within 72 hours prior to the start of the convention. Masks are required to be worn at all times in the convention spaces.

Prices

10' x 10' Booth Space $450 Non-refundable At this time, booth spaces are SOLD OUT. However, you may submit an application to be placed on our waitlist. Booth spaces are 10’ x 10’ each, with a maximum allowable height of 12 feet, and include two badges each for a fee of $450 per space. Vendor booths may consist of a maximum total of four spaces. Each booth space also includes one 30” x 6’ table and two chairs. Pipe and drape is not supplied. Table linens will be provided.
Premium / Corner Space Upcharge SOLD OUT Non-refundable If you would like corner / premium placement in the hall, please add this option onto your request. You may add up to two corners, for endcap placement. These spaces are not guaranteed.
Additional Badges $55 Non-refundable Each exhibitor approval comes with two badges. You may purchase 2 badges per booth space purchased, up to an additional 8 badges, for a total of 10 badges overall if purchasing 4 booths.
Electrical Outlet - 20 Watts/120 Volts $220 Non-refundable 1 standard 20-amp 120V power outlet.
Wireless Internet Access (Full Weekend) $190 Non-refundable Wireless internet access for the duration of AMKE weekend provided by the convention center.
Additional 6' Skirted Table $65 Non-refundable One (1) 6-foot skirted table. This is in addition to the one table that is provided with the cost of the booth.
Additional 8' Skirted Table $75 Non-refundable One (1) 8-foot skirted table. This is in addition to the one table that is provided with the cost of the booth.
Additional Chair $20 Non-refundable One (1) additional chair for your exhibitor booth. This is additional to the two chairs provided per booth space purchased.
8' High Pipe and Drape $85 Non-refundable The pipe and drape will be set up in a u-shape formation around your booth. Unfortunately we cannot take requests for color at this time.
