Vendor Application

We are now accepting vendor applications for our Kpop Spring Market! This event celebrates all things K-pop, Korean culture, and the vibrant creativity of the fandom communities. We're looking for vendors who align with the theme, including but not limited to:

• Kpop fan merch (prints, stickers, pcs, apparel, etc.)
• Korean-inspired art and handmade goods
• Jewelry, accessories, and fashion with a K-pop Aesthetic
• Crafts, Collectables, and themed decor.

Vendor Expectations:

• Products should be clearly K-pop or Korean culture inspired. 
• Booth displays are encouraged to match the theme (ie. spring aesthetic, fun, or eye-catching)
• All vendors must be respectful, inclusive, and community-minded

The Rules

• All Vendor fees must be paid in full by 4/15 at 11:59pm ET to secure your spot. 
• Vendor load-in begins at 11am ET, and vendors must be fully set up by 1pm ET. Early breakdown is not permitted unless approved by event organizers. 
• Load-in is permitted on St. Catherine, or Logan Street, however Vendor parking directly in front of the market is not permitted. Logan Street Market will provide parking validation for the parking lot located on Kentucky and Logan Street. 
• Vendors are responsible for their own setup, equipment, and cleanup. Spaces must be left in the condition they were found. 
• Vendors are responsible for providing their own table (6ft maximum), and Logan Street Market will provide 2 chairs for each vendor. 
• Product integrity: Items sold must match what was described in the application. Unauthorized product changes may result in removal from the event. 
• Disruptive, discriminatory or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund. 
• Vendors are responsible for complying with all local laws, permits, and sales tax requirements. Event organizers are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. 
• The event will proceed rain or shine unless otherwise stated. No refunds will be issued UNLESS the event is fully cancelled by the organizers. 
• By participating, vendors consent to photos/videos of their booth and products being used for promotional purposes. If you would prefer we do not film your person/face, then please let us know under "special requests" in your application. 

This is going to be a fun event! Bring the music inspo, the good vibes, the visuals, the fandom energy, and lets turn this market into a mini K-pop universe that puts the Louisville Kpop scene on the MAP!
