About the application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for the 2026 Spyral Events Summer Spirit Fair. Please review the following information to see if you would be a good candidate for our show. Our spirit fairs are curated events, which means submitting an application alone does not guarantee a spot in the Spirit Fairs. We strive to find hand-crafted, unique, and authentic vendors. We wish to fill our fairs with a good variety of products, while being mindful of how many vendors of one type of product are participating.

Terms & Conditions

Applications will close at midnight on 5/31/26. Vendor approvals will occur during the first week of June and your booth fee will be processed immediately upon approval. Please ensure funds are available in your account to cover your booth fee at that time. 

 

You must make/sell things that fit the vibe of our fair. We are looking for authentic, magical, handcrafted items, as well as thoughtfully sourced items that enhance the wellbeing and aesthetic of our attendees. This can include, but is not limited to: clothing, accessories, ritual tools, and décor. We will not accept any multi-level market companies such as Scentsy, Tupperware, etc.   Your table display and booth design is very important. They should look professional and be easy to shop.

 

Readers must contact Spyral Events to be considered. If you intend to do readings at your booth you must get prior authorization from Spyral Events before applying. 

 

If you are accepted, vendor fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Coordinators may consider transferring your fee to a future event under certain circumstances. 

Prices

Table Front Only (Indoors) $50.00 Non-refundable This booth is ideal for those who just need room for an 8' table and chairs behind it. Chairs provided to everyone, and tables upon request.
9'x9' Booth (indoors) $75.00 Non-refundable Each booth will be measured 9'x9'. Tables available upon request, chairs given to everyone. You are welcome to set up your booth as you see fit. We only ask that you be courteous to your neighbors in the process. Most square booths will be on a wall.
10'x10' Booth - Outdoors $40.00 Non-refundable Outdoor booths will be around a paved patio area, though some tent legs may end up on grass. Canopy tents are highly recommended. Please be prepared to weigh your tent down. You are responsible for your own tent, tables, and chairs. In the event of inclement weather, we may try to find a way to move people inside, but this cannot be guaranteed and should not be expected.
