This is an electronic agreement and by submitting it, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
PAYMENT: You will ONLY be charged once your application is ACCEPTED for your selected vending date(s).
NO REFUNDS: There are no refunds/ date transfers.
YOUR SPOT: All food trucks and food vendors will be placed in the entry area of the market. Spots will be assigned beforehand.
SPOT REQUESTS: You may request your preferred spot in the designated food area. Spot requests will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-serve basis. All requests will be considered but are not guaranteed.
SET UP: Setup will be from 8am - 10am. Vendors must be ready to sell by market open at 10am. Do not block any pathways or disrupt the flow of traffic with your truck.
BREAKDOWN: You may begin breaking down at market close (5pm). Special permission for early breakdown may be granted by flea staff. All vehicles must be off the lot by 6:30PM.
Submitting this application means you agree to these terms and conditions and will be charged once approved.
