Trinity Pride 2026

We are expanding the vendor market for Trinity Pride 20206! Due to both vendor and shopper demand at our 2025 market, we are expanding the vendors by 50 count, and set up will extend to Daggett Ave. 

PLEASE READ ALL EVENT DETAILS BELOW BEFORE APPLYING 

This application is for local vendors only. If you are a non-profit origination, a food truck, or anything other than a local vendor please do not apply via this application. Instead, send us an email at wanderingrootsmarkets@gmail.com

No MLM companies permitted. 
No RESELLER companies permitted, unless vintage or small business boutique. 

Location: 105 S Main St. FTW 76104

Date: Saturday, June 27

Market Time: 6-10

Load in Time: 3pm - 4pm 
Outdoors event

Booth size: 10x10 space in lot or street

*portion of proceeds will be donated to Trinity Pride. 

Preference is given to vendors directly connected to the local Queer community, but ALL are welcome to apply. 

Light rain or shine market, no refunds, non-transferable fees. If this event is canceled due to weather, we will allow for you to makeup your vending opportunity. 

You will be charged upon approval. There will be no monetary refunds due to to funds being used for promotions and donations leading up to event.  

WRM is not accepting food trucks

Baked goods/ cottage law are welcome to apply with us as part of the Wandering Roots Market.  

Please provide your own set up such as chairs, tables, we have some for rental which includes set up and break down. A 72-hour notice is required for reserving equipment. To request and reserve, email wanderingrootsmarkets@gmail.com

Events are rain or shine. In the event that Wandering Roots Markets has to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, Wandering Roots Markets will credit you for another market date within a 90-day timeframe.
