About the application
Thank you for your interest in the 4th of July Spectacular event in Downtown Waycross! We welcome a variety of arts, crafts, food, and specialty vendors to help create a fun and vibrant community event.
Vendors are asked to follow all event guidelines, including setup and breakdown procedures and applicable regulations. We look forward to having you be part of this exciting downtown experience!
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Food vendor set up begins at 9:00AM.
Tent/Table (arts & crafts, retail, exhibitors) vendor set up begins at 9:30AM.
You must supply your own power cords, water hoses, tables, tents, and chairs if applicable.
Food vendors are responsible for all permits necessary to operate.
Trucks must be unhooked from all trailers and all vehicles must be removed from the event space before 12:00PM.
