About the application
Hello!
This application is for vendors who have not yet vended at an event managed by Amber Gray and The Funky Forest.
- $30 - Early Registration: Now - May 30
- $35 - Regular Registration: June 1 - August 31
- $40 - Late Registration: September 1 - October 25
When you submit your application, it will go into a queue, and you will be notified as soon as it has been reviewed and approved, waitlisted, etc. Your credit card will only be charged once your application has been approved.
Vendors are chosen based on several factors, including creativity and uniqueness, product presentation, and overall booth diversity.
This is an electronic agreement, and by submitting this application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
The vendor/business agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Funky Forest and the Booo Bash, agents, employees, and volunteers from any damage, injury, or loss to any person or persons, and from any loss, or damages, caused by action, claims, or suits for damages, including, but not limited to, loss of property, goods, or merchandise, caused by, or arising out of, or in any way connected with seller’s use of the privileges herein granted.
I HAVE READ THE RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THIS EVENT AND AGREE TO CONFORM TO THE REGULATIONS CONTAINED THEREIN.
I UNDERSTAND THAT THE FUNKY FOREST'S INSURANCE POLICY DOES NOT COVER MY EMPLOYEES, MY FAMILY MEMBERS, OR ME.
Prices
| 10x10 Booth | $30.00 | Non-refundable | Single vendor booth space, 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Vendor must supply all needed supplies; pop-up, tables, etc. NOTE: This is an outdoor event and occurs beyond sunset. As such, a pop-up with booth lighting is REQUIRED. |

- This event is outdoors and could be cancelled or moved to an alternate location indoors in the event of rain or other weather issues. All booth fees are non-refundable. Please state that you understand and agree to these terms.
- Vendors must bring everything needed for booth setup: popup, tables, chairs, etc. The event manager does not supply any of these items. Please state that you understand and agree to this arrangement.
- This event is based on children trick-or-treating at the vendors' booths. As such, please have candy or other treats (stickers, small toys, etc.) available to share with children who visit your booth. Please state that you will have goodies available to share for trick-or-treating.
