We’re excited to invite you to apply for a vendor opportunity at The WaterFront Market at EpicCentral in Grand Prairie, Texas.
Set along the scenic EpicCentral waterfront, this high-energy destination attracts families, couples, and weekend crowds throughout the day and into the evening. Vendors benefit from strong foot traffic, nearby dining and entertainment, and the signature EpicCentral Water Show, which draws large audiences and creates a lively atmosphere for shopping, discovery, and community connection.

Booth Requirements
All tents must be white. Electricity is not provided. Vendors who do not meet these requirements may be asked to leave the event and may be subject to suspension from future markets.
Food & Beverage Policy
• Food vendors must provide their own generators. Electricity is not provided by PlugHub.
• All grease and cooking oil must be disposed of off-site. Dumping on-site is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal and suspension from future events.
• Food vendors are responsible for obtaining all required permits and licenses. Permit instructions and required documentation will be provided by PlugHub after the vendor fee has been received.
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in removal from the event without refund.
Application Process & Acceptance
- Please do not submit multiple applications, as this does not improve your chances and may delay the review process.
- If accepted, you will receive an email from Eventeny. MAKE SURE TO ALSO CHECK SPAM FOLDER FOR EMAILS. Vendors are responsible for ensuring the correct email is provided and for checking their email regularly.
- If you are waitlisted or not accepted, you will also receive an email with your application status.
- For events occurring within a month, status updates are typically sent within 48 hours.
Booth Placement
Booth placement is determined by PlugHub. Vendors may request a location, but placement is not guaranteed.
Marketing Requirement
Accepted vendors are required to promote the event at least three (3) times per week and tag PlugHub on social media.
Payment Notice
Your card will NOT be automatically charged upon acceptance. By applying, you authorize PlugHub Market to charge your card on file once you confirm your acceptance.
If accepted, you have 72 hours to respond “YES” to confirm your spot. Once confirmed, your card will be charged. If your card declines, we will retry within 24 hours. If it declines again, your spot will be released.
All vendor fees are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
All vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once payment is made, it cannot be refunded if the vendor cancels or fails to attend.
If PlugHub cancels or reschedules an event due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, vendors may transfer to a future market date. A $25 rescheduling fee will apply to secure the new booking.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Vendors agree not to dispute or charge back vendor fees with their bank. PlugHub reserves the right to present this agreement as proof of the transaction and enforce collection if necessary.
