TERMS & CONDITIONS
By submitting an application and purchasing a vendor space for LC3: Legendary Card Collector Con (September 5-6, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Schaumburg), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. No Refunds or Credits
All sales are final. LC3 does not offer refunds, transfers, or credits toward future events under any circumstances, including vendor cancellations, scheduling conflicts, or personal emergencies. Please book at your own risk.
2. Event Commitment
Vendors are responsible for being present and fully set up during event hours. Late arrivals or no-shows forfeit their space without compensation or credit.
3. Space & Setup
Vendor spaces will be assigned by LC3 staff. Setups must remain within your designated area and comply with all venue rules. Tables and chairs provided (if applicable) must be used appropriately.
4. Merchandise Guidelines
All vendors must comply with local, state, and federal laws regarding the sale of goods. LC3 reserves the right to remove any items deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or noncompliant with event standards.
5. Liability Waiver
LC3, POP’N TOYZ, and the Hyatt Regency are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vendor property. Vendors participate at their own risk.
6. Conduct
Professional and respectful behavior is required at all times toward attendees, staff, and other vendors. LC3 reserves the right to remove any vendor for disruptive or unprofessional conduct without refund.
7. Event Changes
LC3 reserves the right to modify event hours, layout, or policies if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, venue requirements, or safety concerns.

Applications featuring TCG, Funko, or other mass-produced collectibles will not be accepted. Each vendor space includes: One 6-foot table Two chairs Premium placement in the main entrance of the Hyatt Regency Schaumburg lobby Please Note: All sales are final. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. Vendors participate at their own risk. |
| 1ST POSITION EXHIBITOR TABLE 2-DAY | $230.00 | Non-refundable | Main Ballroom Vendor Space This vending space is located inside the main ballroom at the Hyatt Regency Schaumburg, positioned in the front row for maximum visibility and high foot traffic. Availability is limited, and spaces are expected to sell out quickly. Please Note: This area is located near the DJ setup. Sound levels may be significantly louder than other vending areas. Each vendor space includes: One 6-foot table One chair Important: All sales are final. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. Vendors participate at their own risk. |
