About the application
Join us every Sunday at Green Light Social for the PlugHub Market, a high-energy weekly market from 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM in one of DFW’s top nightlife venues.
We’re looking for vendors that align with our vibe including vintage, streetwear, accessories, and other unique local brands. This is a curated experience with DJs, drinks, and a strong young crowd ready to shop and engage.
If you’re looking to grow your brand, connect with new customers, and be part of a consistent weekly market, this is the place to be.

Terms & Conditions
Booth Requirements
Vendors are allowed one (1) six-foot table or up to two (2) racks/grids for clothing displays. Vendors who do not meet these requirements may be asked to leave the event and may be subject to suspension from future markets.
Food & Beverage Policy
Food and beverages are not permitted by PlugHub.
Application Process & Acceptance
- Please do not submit multiple applications, as this does not improve your chances and may delay the review process.
- If accepted, you will receive an email from Eventeny. MAKE SURE TO ALSO CHECK SPAM FOLDER FOR EMAILS. Vendors are responsible for ensuring the correct email is provided and for checking their email regularly. Payment must be completed within 72 hours of acceptance to secure your spot.
- If you are waitlisted or not accepted, you will also receive an email with your application status.
- For events occurring within a month, status updates are typically sent within 48 hours.
Booth Placement
Booth placement is determined by PlugHub. Vendors may request a location, but placement is not guaranteed.
Marketing Requirement
Accepted vendors are required to promote the event at least three (3) times per week and tag PlugHub on social media.
Payment Notice
Your card will not be charged automatically upon application. If accepted, you will receive an invoice through Eventeny to complete your payment. Payment must be submitted within 72 hours of acceptance to secure your spot.
Refund Policy
All vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once payment is made, it cannot be refunded if the vendor cancels or fails to attend.
If PlugHub cancels or reschedules an event due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, vendors may transfer to a future market date. A $25 rescheduling fee will apply to secure the new booking.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Vendors agree not to dispute or charge back vendor fees with their bank. PlugHub reserves the right to present this agreement as proof of the transaction and enforce collection if necessary.
