Vendor Application | A Street Market

Please fill out and submit the application below in order to be considered as a vendor at our special edition Street Market in collaboration with the Neighborhood of Play and The Strong National Museum of Play. 

**Please note this is an outdoor market that will be taking place on the closed street of Adventure Pl, directly outside of the Strong Museum

You will ONLY be charged if you are ACCEPTED for your selected vending date.
 
NO REFUNDS: There are no date transfers or refunds of the vending fee as vendor fees are used for promotional materials, rent and event costs.
 
WEATHER: The market is a rain or shine event. We will remain open in all weather that allows us to continue to operate safely. As long as we are open, you are permitted to continue to sell.
 
YOUR VENDING SPACE: Each vendor space at is a 10’x10’  spot on the sidewalk of the Strong Museum or Adventure Pl the street outside of the Strong Museum. No additional vending materials will be provided. All vendors are required to bring a canopy tent with weights in order to combat any wind. Any vending materials (clothing racks, tables, shelfs, etc) must not go beyond your outlined space. 
 
SPOT REQUESTS: As this will be a completely new location, with a new vendor map and layout, we are unable to accept vendor space requests. 
 
SETUP: Setup will run from 9AM-11AM, all vendors must be ready for the market open by 11AM. 

BREAKDOWN: Breakdown can begin anytime after market close (5PM). Breaking down early requires permission from flea event staff. Vendors who leave early without permission may not be invited back for future markets.
 
FOOD VENDORS: Food Vendors that do not operate out of a food truck, must make sure they have obtained a Temporary Food Permit from the Monroe County Health Department and follow all necessary guidelines (food permit and guidelines attached below). ONLY food truck vendors are allowed to operate an open flame at the market. If you are a food vendor that does not operate within a food truck, you cannot use any open flames to cook at your booth due to Rochester Fire Department event safety regulations.
 
FLEA VALUES: The Lucky Flea is first and foremost a safe and inclusive atmosphere for creators to thrive as a collective. Hate is never tolerated.I hereby declare that I have read and accept all conditions of The Lucky Flea Market. I understand that there are no refunds of the vending fee. I consent to all photos/ videos taken at the event to be released publicly. The Lucky Flea LLC. and affiliated businesses including The Neighborhood of Play and The Strong National Museum of Play are not responsible for any liability, lost or stolen merchandise or injury during the event.
