About the application

We’re inviting local farmers and entrepreneurs to step into something bigger than a single-day event!

Spring into Wellness is part of the PYFS x SAHC Pathways Collaborative, a bold approach to connecting health, wellness, and workforce development in ways that actually change lives. It’s about access, real outreach, hands-on education, meaningful engagement, and economic opportunities that strengthen whole communities, not just individual programs.

You are not just offering fresh foods and goods. You are improving health outcomes and incomes. You are contributing to local workforce pathways by showing young people what sustainable, community-based work can look like.

This is where agriculture meets health, where local economy meets opportunity, where people start to see how it all connects.

If you’re growing it, raising it, or producing it, we want you in this space with us.

Apply to participate in creating livable, sustainable communities!

About the event

Spring into Wellness is part of the PYFS x SAHC Pathways Collaborative, a practical approach to connecting health, wellness, and workforce development in ways that actually reach people. It’s about access, real outreach, hands-on education, and meaningful engagement that strengthens whole communities, not just individual programs. The initiative provides families with fresh, locally sourced foods, including produce, while also offering wellness education and connections to supportive resources. By pairing food access, outreach, education, and engagement, this initiative strengthens households and helps both youth and caregivers focus on learning, working, and building stability.
