FOOD TRUCK VENDOR APPLICATION

 

Vendor may sell or promote any product, service, event, club or movement that aligns with the spirit of Lauderdale Tropical Bear Wek. 

 

The producer's reserve the right to reject any appplication with or without cause. 

 

Food truck's must be running on their own power supply. 

 

Please apply with clear photos, pricing, and any setup needs. Please read the terms and conditions carefully as there are specific requirements listed along with load-in and load-out times and instructions will be provided upon acceptance;

About the event

Lauderdale Tropical Bear Week (Mar 23–Mar 28, 2027) is a weeklong series of events across Fort Lauderdale and Wilton Manors, culminating in Bear Village at Richardson Park—a festival day with entertainment, vendors, food, and a cash bar. This Eventeny listing coordinates vendors for Bear Village and volunteers for all week events (check-in, setup/breakdown, hospitality, ops) across multiple venues; volunteers may sign up for multiple shifts. Protocol: check in on arrival, wear your wristband/badge, arrive 15 minutes early, follow staff/venue instructions, keep walkways/fire lanes clear, and clean up your area. Parking: use public lots/street parking near each venue; Richardson Park uses surrounding public parking; the beach party uses Birch State Park parking—allow extra travel/entry time. Full schedule:

I understand and agree to the following: THE EVENT opens to the public from 6pm to 10pm THE EVENT is rain or shine and there will be no refunds due to weather. No refunds will be issued for any vendor fees where the vendor has failed to provide documents as required here or has failed to comply with any licensing or permitting requirements of any local, state or federal government entity.
