Sacred Self is a day dedicated to holistic healing, featuring curated wellness businesses, hands-on workshops, yoga, poetry and nourishment. Explore a space where care is ritual, and discovery is part of the journey. It’s a mini retreat, a moment, and a movement—all under one roof, rain or shine.
Open to the public Saturday from 11-5. The event is free to attend starting at 11am and until 5pm. Be sure to grab tickets for our opening and closing ceremony Sound baths before and after the market! Sound bath guests will also receive swag bags filled with surprises from our sponsors and participants.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
This event is all about slowing down, tuning in, and creating space for healing, community, and self-discovery. We’re curating a thoughtful lineup of practitioners, makers, and educators to offer sessions, services, and products that support mind, body, and soul.
Whether your work focuses on bodywork, energy healing, plant medicine, movement, mental wellness, ritual, or art as a healing practice—we’d love to hear from you.
Opportunities include:
Leading sessions (e.g. sound baths, journaling workshops, breathwork, movement, energy healing, etc.)
Offering wellness services (mini treatments, reiki, acupuncture, cupping, etc.)
Hosting a pop-up or selling your wellness goods (herbal products, ritual tools, skincare, art, etc.)
Participating in a panel or education-based moment (herbalism, ancestry, healing through art or activism, and more)
We’re especially prioritizing practitioners from underrepresented communities and culturally rooted traditions, and there’s flexibility in how you participate—whether it’s a booth, a session, or both.
