Booth Vendors

Be part of the 2nd Annual Strawberry Festival at Hand Picked Nursery on Saturday, May 23rd, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m, located at 233 Ennis Rd, Benson, NC 27504. This exciting, free, family-friendly event celebrates the sweetness of strawberries and the start of summer, offering vendors the perfect opportunity to showcase their products to a vibrant and engaged community.  

The festival will feature strawberry-themed activities, peaceful nature trails, and our bustling garden center, drawing families, friends, and visitors from across the area. With local food trucks serving mouthwatering bites and artisans selling unique handmade goods, the event promises to attract a large and diverse crowd.  

As a vendor, you’ll have the chance to showcase your handmade goods, artisan creations, or specialty products while connecting with a supportive and enthusiastic audience. By participating as a vendor at the 2nd Annual Strawberry Festival hosted by Hand Picked Nursery on Saturday, May 23rd, 2026, vendors agree to comply with all event rules and regulations. Vendors are responsible for providing their own setup, including tents, tables, chairs, and any necessary equipment, and must arrive within the designated setup time. All products must be appropriate for a family-friendly environment; the sale of illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items is strictly forbidden. Food vendors must comply with all local health department regulations and obtain the necessary permits. Vendors are solely responsible for collecting and reporting applicable sales taxes. Hand Picked Nursery is not liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury related to vendor participation. Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean space and removing all trash at the end of the event. No early breakdowns are permitted without prior approval. Vendors grant permission for photos and videos of their booth and products to be used for promotional purposes. Hand Picked Nursery reserves the right to refuse or remove any vendor not in compliance with event standards. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. By submitting an application and participating, vendors acknowledge and agree to these terms.
