Lincoln District Food Fest Vendor Application
About the application
We're transforming Lincoln District, Tacoma into a street food festival! Food trucks, restaurant specials, a beer garden, live music, a pop-up marketplace, and a surprise headliner we can't wait to reveal.
Vendors won’t be able to keep their cars next to their booth, so please plan ahead for loading in and out (bring wagons, dollys, etc.!)
All standard vending spaces are 10x10 unless otherwised dicussed and pre-approved with market staff. Shared vending spaces are not allowed.
Vending fee is only charged if/when application is approved.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Vending space is for one business only. Event is rain or shine. Materials such as tables, tents, wagons, dollys, power, chairs and water are not provided. All tents are required to be weighed down with a minimum total of 30lbs, per the Pierce County Fire Department
Food and beverage vendors are required to hold the proper Pierce County Health Department permits to operate.
This is a juried event and all applications will be reviewed. Form of payment provided with application will only be charged if and when application is approved.

- Enter your CITY OF TACOMA business license number (do not enter any license numbers other than CITY OF TACOMA)*
- If you do not have a City of Tacoma Business License you are required to pay a $5 group license fee. Please add this to your cart when selecting your booth size. If you fail to add this we will collect this fee via an invoice which must be paid before the event.

- I understand the refund/cancelleation policy. Once the vendor fee is paid there will be no refunds, cancellations or transfers.
- I understand that tables, tents, weights, wagons, dollys, chairs and power are not provided.
- Booth sharing with another business is prohibited.
- Vendors are not allowed to bring pets. Service animals are always welcome!
- Only standard 10x10 square canopies are permitted.Canopies with extended awnings, slanted legs, slanted sun shades, or non-square designs will not fit in the vendor space and are not allowed.
- Please provide space needed to accommodate your truck or trailer. Include information like if you serve out of the driver or passenger side.
- All businesses are required to have a Pierce County Health Department Annual Permit or Temporary Event Permit.
- Due to the City of Tacoma's restrictions, we require inverter generators for all vendors. Non-inverter generators are not allowed and we do not supply power or generators to vendors.
