Rev Up Your Sales at the Havana Springtime Car Show! 🏎️
Calling all automotive enthusiasts and businesses! We are looking for car-related vendors to join us for the Havana Springtime Car Show on May 2nd from 10 AM to 2 PM. Please note that we are not accepting additional food vendors at this time.
Located in beautiful Havana, FL, this event brings together classic car lovers, collectors, and families for a day of vintage chrome and community fun. Whether you sell performance parts, detailing supplies, automotive memorabilia, or specialized services, this is the perfect venue to showcase your brand to a targeted, high-energy audience.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Vendors must have permits and licenses as required by law and adhere to all safety procedures as required. Items being sold must be related to the vehicle industry or "things with wheels that GO", such as products & parts, memorabilia, vehicle decorating items, detailing supplies/services, insurance, services, etc. We will consider applications for children related activities like face painting.
Vendors are responsible for providing all necessary equipment, tables, tents, etc. Event officials reserve the right to refuse the display/sale of any item that is offensive, obscene, or otherwise not in keeping with the family atmosphere of the festival. No political materials or decorations are allowed. Electricity is limited and must be requested and paid for at the time of application. Each booth granted electricity will be allowed an outlet and must provide own 100-foot heavy-duty outdoor UL approved extension cord. Vendors cooking food onsite must have tents made fire retardant materials. Vendor must recapture any wastewater, cooking materials and all personal trash. Vendors are responsible for site cleanup at the time of the event closure and vendors must carry boxes and packing materials with them. Tents and equipment must remain inside the rented booth space. Sidewalks must be kept clear for shoppers. Vendors may not set up chairs, boxes or other items on the sidewalks. No pets are allowed. Vendors must remain in place until 2:00 unless otherwise advised by the Event Coordinator. Vendor fees are non-refundable due to expenses incurred by Havana Main Street to support the event.
