About the application
Calling All WNY Creatives + Business Owners:
AVA is teaming up with Rainbow Collective of WNY for a vendor market at Pride in the Park 2026! We're looking for all sorts of curated artisans and vendors to be a part of another amazing AVA Collective lineup.
Sunday June 14th
11am - 5pm
Erie County Fairgrounds
5600 McKinley Parkway
Hamburg, NY 14075
The event as a whole is an indoor/outdoor experience around the Fairgrounds - but the AVA Pride Market will be indoors in the Agriculture Grange building
Each vendor will be supplied with an 8' table and 2 chairs. All linens and other set-up materials will be the vendors' responsbility.
Vendor Fee: $100* + NYS tax and Eventeny fees. This charge will be charged after acceptance, and is non-refundable under any and all circumstances.
*50% of the proceeds will be donated to Rainbow Collective of WNY
About the event
Terms & Conditions
All vendors will be charged a vendor fee + NYS taxes and Eventeny fees upon acceptance.
Once charged, this fee is non-refundable under any and all circumstances. By applying for this event, all applicants understand that it is the vendors' responsibility to obtain a NYS Sales Tax ID and have their Certificate of Authority present in their pop-up space.
This event is fully insured by Rainbow Collective of WNY
