About the application
Prior-year exhibitors will have first right of refusal on their booth location through July 31. During this period, booth assignments will be made by event staff and reflected on the floor map.
After July 31, any remaining available booth locations will be released for general selection, and exhibitors may choose their preferred booth location directly from the floor map on a first-come, first-served basis.
