Community Resource Partner Application
About the application
Thank you for applying to be a community resource partner at this year's Latine Pride Festival.
As a community partner, we are offering participation at a discounted fee of $30. In order for your application to be properly submitted, payment will be required at the end of the form. We also will be waiving the fees on a case-to-case basis. If you would like to request a fee-waiver, please send an email to manny@sdpride.org prior to submitting the application.

Como socio comunitario, ofrecemos la posibilidad de participar con una tarifa reducida de $25 dolares. Se requerirá el pago al final del formulario.También eximiremos del pago de las tasas según cada caso particular. INSURANCE REQUIREMENT / REQUISITOS DEL SEGURO:
A Certificate of Insurance (or letter of self-insurance) is required for all vendors or exhibitors participating. EVERY vendor must carry general liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 for the duration of the event. The deadline to submit those will be August 30, 2026. Any vendor who does not submit by the deadline will forfeit participation.
Se requiere un certificado de seguro para todos los vendedores participantes. TODOS los vendedores deben contar con un seguro de responsabilidad civil general de al menos 1,000,000 $ durante la duración del evento. La fecha límite para presentarlas será el 30 de agosto de 2026. Cualquier proveedor que no las presente dentro del plazo establecido perderá el derecho a participar.
*San Diego Pride is NOT providing rentals of pop-up tents, tables, lights, or chairs. Exhibitors are required to bring anything they need to operate their booth spaces.
NOTE: San Diego Pride reserves the right to reject incomplete vendor applications or applications that do not reflect the mission and values of San Diego Pride. Your application is not completed until payment has been received.
