About the application
Thank you for your interest to be a merchandise vendor at this year's Latine Pride Festival. The deadline to submit an application will be Sunday, August 9th @ 9PM.
The Vendor fee is $50. Payment will be required in order to be fully submitted.

Gracias por su interes en ser un vendedor en Latine Pride 2026. Por favor, llene la siguiente información. Estamos haciendo nuestro mejor esfuerzo para incluir a tantos vendedores y recursos como sea posible, pero contamos con un espacio limitado. La fecha límite para completar esta forma es Domingo, 9 de Agosto, 2026.
La tarifa para vendedores es de $50 dolares. Se requerirá el pago al final del formulario.

*IMPORTANT NOTICES*
*TARP REQUIREMENTS: All food vendors must lay a durable, waterproof, grease-resistant tarp under the perimeter of your space plus two feet around all sides. This includes any space you are using outside of your tent.
*ELECTRICTY IS NOT PROVIDED FOR VENDORS. ANY ELECTRICTY USED WILL HAVE TO BE SELF-SUSTAINED
*San Diego Pride is not providing rentals of pop-up tents, tables, lights, and chairs. Vendors are required to bring anything they need to operate their booth spaces.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENT:
A Certificate of Insurance (or letter of self-insurance) is required for all vendors participating. EVERY vendor must carry general liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 for the duration of the event. The deadline to submit those will be August 30, 2026. Any vendor who does not submit by the deadline will forfeit participation and will not receieve refund for application fees.
NOTE: San Diego Pride reserves the right to reject incomplete vendor applications or applications that do not reflect the mission and values of San Diego Pride. Your application is not completed until payment has been received.

*REQUISITOS DE LONAS: Todos los vendedores de comida deben colocar una lona duradera, impermeable y resistente a la grasa debajo del perímetro de su espacio, más dos pies alrededor de todos los lados. Esto incluye cualquier espacio que utilice fuera de su carpa.

REQUISITOS DEL SEGURO
Se requiere un certificado de seguro para todos los vendedores participantes. TODOS los vendedores deben contar con un seguro de responsabilidad civil general de al menos 1,000,000 $ durante la duración del evento. La fecha límite para presentarlas será el 30 de agosto de 2026. Cualquier proveedor que no las presente dentro del plazo establecido perderá el derecho a participar y no se reembolsarán las tasas de inscripción.
NOTA: San Diego Pride se reserva el derecho de rechazar solicitudes de vendedores incompletas o que no reflejen la misión y los valores de San Diego Pride. Su solicitud no se completará hasta que se haya recibido el pago.
