Moore Square Winterfaire is December 11th-December 13th, 2026 at Moore Square Park in Downtown Raleigh.
The setup will be outdoors and we will be providing all vendors with a 10x10 tent, tent weights and lighting (each vendor will have 1 solar powered pack of lights around 40 feet). Please bring other lighting depending on your setup and needs.
Vendors will set-up for all 3 days.
More about this event: This is our second Moore Square Winterfaire! It will be a 3-day European style holiday market including local vendors, food, decorations and activities! This event is in partnership with Parks and Rec/The City of Raleigh, and other possible partners include Downtown Raleigh Association and Marbles.
Friday, December 11th, 2026 – 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Saturday, December 12th, 2026 – 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Sunday, December 13th, 2026 – 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
-$500 "10x10-Tent" Vendor fee and 6% Eventeny fees will be due when accepted into this market. We will be accepting 60-80 vendors for this event.
-$400 "Services" Vendor fee and 6% Eventeny fees will be due when accepted into this market
-$2,000 Sponsor fee and 6% Eventeny fees will be due when accepted into this market.
No refunds or market credits
No MLM (Multi-Level-Marketing)
No CBD/THC products allowed
If electricity is needed, please be sure to add a "special request" (with associated fee) to your application
We had 12,000 attendees in 2025, our first annual Winterfaire.

I understand that there will be no refund or market credit after I have paid the fees.
These are The MAKRS Society's values. We hope for our vendors to also embody these same values: Positivity, Unity, Reliability, Mutual Respect, Desire for Self-Improvement.
Events are rain or shine. In the event that The MAKRS Society has to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, The MAKRS Society will issue a 75% refund.
Prices
| 10x10 Space | $500.00 | Non-refundable | You will be allotted a 10x10 space and will have a 10x10 tent provided for you. Please make sure your booth setup fits within the 10x10 space. $500 per 10x10 tent space. |
| Services/Workshop/Guest Experience | $400.00 | Non-refundable | Services such as face painting, fairy hair, henna, tarot, cartoon art, etc. (MUST BE CONFIRMED WITH THE MAKRS SOCIETY BEFORE HONORING THIS PRICE SELECTION) $400 per 10x10 tent space. |

| Special Request Fee | $50.00 | Non-refundable | Any special request for where you would like your booth to be located at the markets. $50 per 10x10 tent space. |
