Thank you for your interest in participating in Visalia PRIDE! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions.This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
All vendors must provide the following to be considered:
- Annual Vendor/Mobile Permit if you have one
- Tulare County Health Temporary Food Booth Application (TFF)
- Certificate of Insurance naming The Source LGBT+ Center, employees and Volunteers as Additional Insured.

Terms and Conditions
Please see the attached document below for Vendor Terms and Conditions. By submitting the application, you are verifying you have read them and agree.
- All Food Booth Vendors will need to have a Handwashing Sink and have a temporary floor surface that meets Tulare County Health Guidelines.
- If you do not have an Annual Tulare County Permit, there is a Food Risk chart in documents to determine your level.

| 10 x 20 Food Booth with Tulare County Annual Permit | $250.00 | Non-refundable | This price is only available to vendors with an Annual Temporary, Mobile or Catering Permit from Tulare County Health Department. |
| 10x10 Booth - No Permit Low Risk | $190.00 | Non-refundable | Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Price includes fee for the Tulare County Health Department that will be paid by PRIDE Visalia. |
| 10 x 10 Food Booth No Permit Moderate Risk | $230.00 | Non-refundable | Price includes fee for the Tulare County Health Department that will be paid by PRIDE Visalia. |
| 10 x 10 Food Booth - High Risk | $270.00 | Non-refundable | Price includes fee for the Tulare County Health Department that will be paid by PRIDE Visalia. |
