About the application
This application is for food trucks, food trailers, food tents selling sweet and/or savory food/beverage items.
Welcome to Monsters and Movie on Main! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by submitting your application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. This event has become a favorite of Lilburnites and continues to grow each year. Last years estimated attendance was 1500 people. We hope you will join us in Lilburn City Park Saturday October 31, 2026 from 4:00- 8:00 pm. The event starts with Trick or Treating on Main Street into Lilburn City Park. Business Vendors will be set up with fun activities and pass out candy. A Monster Mash Fashion Show will take place at the bandshell and the event will conclude with a free movie on the giant inflatable screen. Savory/Hot Food Vendors that are selected to be a part of the event will be charged a $85 nonrefundable vendor fee upon approval. Sweet/Dessert Food Vendors that are selected to be a part of the event will be charged $55 nonrefundable vendor fee upon approval.*If the event is cancelled due inclement weather we will offer the food vendors a rain date. If you are accepted to be a vendor at this event detailed instructions will be emailed to you closer to the event date.

Terms & Conditions
Rules for food vendors:
- Number and variety of vendors will be determined by the City of Lilburn.
- The City of Lilburn may remove a vendor for any reason.
- If you submit an application for a specific truck or set up. That truck and setup should be the only one at the event. You can not substitute a truck unless this was arranged in advance with the Event Coordinator.
- No-show trucks will be dropped from future events with no refund.
- Food vendors will recieve an email with a scheduled time to load in. Be ready to sell by 4:00 pm.
- No sells after 9pm.
- Only accepted vendors who have paid their fee will be permitted.
- Vendors must have their own tents, tables, chairs, extension cords, lighting, generators, and water.
- All tents must be weighted and can not be staked.
- If a generator is used it must be quiet as to not disturb other vendors or the event.
- Grease will only be allowed in self contained cooking units and cannot be disposed of in the park.
- You can not serve alcohol or anything in glass bottles.
- All events are outside. If we have to cancel vendors will be notified by noon the day of the event.
- We try hard not to duplicate items, but we cannot guarantee that you will be the only truck selling a specific item. Other trucks may sell items the same or similar.

The City of Lilburn and its employees assume no liability for loss or injury. Applicant agrees to hold The City of Lilburn and its employees harmless for any loss or injury. Applicant agrees to abide by industry standards relating to safe food handling, preparation, and service. All vendors are personally responsible to take all precautions with regards to COVID-19 set forth by the CDC, Health Officials, and State of Georgia Guidelines in order to protect yourselves while attending this event. You recognize that you will be exposed to the public and many individuals at this event. By completing this application and electronically signing, applicant acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the policies and terms outlined in this document.
