About the application
St. Matthews Freedom Fest is a family-friendly community celebration happening on Friday, July 3, 2026, from 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM on Westport Road (Behind Drake’s). The festival will feature live music, a kids’ area with games, military displays, and local St. Matthews restaurants serving the public.
We are excited to welcome drink and snack vendors to provide tasty treats and refreshments for festival-goers. This is a great opportunity to showcase your products in a lively, festive environment while joining the community in celebrating the holiday season!

St. Matthews Freedom Fest – Drink & Snack Vendor Terms & Conditions
Event Date: July 3rd, 2026
Time: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Location: Westport Road (Behind Drake’s)
By submitting a drink or snack vendor application, you agree to the following terms:
1. Vendor Eligibility
This event is open to drink and snack vendors only.
No full food vendors, food trucks, or outside food vendors are permitted.
2. Booth Space & Fees
Booth size is 10' x 10'.
Booth fee is $100 per space.
Payment is required to confirm your space. Spots are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Setup & Breakdown
Vendors must arrive and be fully set up before 4:00 PM.
Breakdown may begin no earlier than 9:00 PM.
Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, tents, and display equipment.
4. Event Operations
Vendors must remain open for the full duration of the event.
All products and displays must be appropriate for a family-friendly environment.
Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean during and after the event.
5. Permits & Compliance
Vendors are responsible for obtaining any required permits, licenses, or insurance.
Vendors must comply with all local health and safety regulations.
6. Weather Policy
This is a rain-or-shine event. Vendors should plan for all weather conditions.
No refunds will be issued due to weather.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Vendor fees are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by organizers.
8. Liability
Organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of vendor property.
Vendors participate at their own risk and are encouraged to carry appropriate insurance.
9. Right to Refuse
Organizers reserve the right to approve or deny applications and remove vendors who do not comply with event rules.
