About the application
The event is hosted by Historic Downtown Gallatin, Inc., an accredited State and National Main Street Program. This festival serves our mission and foster economic vitality for local businesses and visiting vendors while creating community events that enrich and preserve the historic charm and enduring spirit of our downtown.
We are looking for a very select few food trucks to set up on N. Water Ave during our concerts.

GENERAL INFORMATION
PLEASE NOTE: You will not be charged for your booth space until you have been accepted into the festival. Your application does not guarnatee acceptance.
The following information is provided for vendors to submit applications for the festival. If your application is accepted, the application and the terms set forth will constitute a binding legal contract between the vendor and Historic Downtown Gallatin.
In consideration of vendors who have purchased items for resale, you cannot give away items without permission.
FESTIVAL DATE AND TIME
Third Thursday on Main will take place in Downtown Gallatin from 6:30-9 p.m. on Thursday, June 18, July 16, Aug. 20 and Sept. 17. This is a rain-or-shine event. Vendor fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
ACCEPTANCE
We have a very limited number of spots, so your application does not guarantee acceptance. Your card will be charged upon acceptance.
IMPORTANT DATES AND TIMES
Food trucks can pull in beginning at 5 p.m. Any additional vehicles must be off the square by 6 p.m. This has become a safety issue with the community coming downtown earlier. This will be strictly enforced.
All vendors must have their trucks off the street and the area cleaned up by 9:30 p.m. Please adjust your sale time/cleanup time accordingly.
A map with booth placements will go out approximately one week before the vent.
ELECTRICITY
Electricity is limited, so be prepared to have a generator. You can request electric, but we have the right to deny based upon availability. $25 per 110 outlets, $50 for 220. Electricity will be limited and anyone purchasing electricity must provide a 100-foot extension cord. All electrical cords must be covered or secured to prevent tripping.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
If you manipulate our power boards, you will be asked to leave immediately.
