1. EVENT DETAILS
Event: Triangle Terror Con 2026
Date: Saturday, September 26, 2026
Location: Millennium Hotel, 2800 Campus Walk Ave, Durham, NC
Operating Hours: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Load-In: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM (Set up and ready to go by 10:00 AM is mandatory)
Load-Out: 6pm
2. VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Permits: Vendor must possess a valid Mobile Food Unit Permit and an active health permit compliant with Durham County regulations.
Compliance: All operations must follow North Carolina state and local health department guidelines.
Menu: Prices must be clearly posted on or near the vehicle.
Power: Vendors are responsible for providing their own silent generators.
Waste Management: Vendors must maintain a clean space and are responsible for the proper disposal of all trash, oil, and grease. Oil/grease must NOT be disposed of in venue drains.
3. FEES & CANCELLATIONS
Vendor Fee: $150
Refund Policy: All vendor fees are non-refundable once the application is approved.
Early Breakdown: Vendors must remain operational for the full duration of the event. Breaking down early may result in a $100 fine.
4. INSURANCE & LIABILITY
Certificate of Insurance (COI): Vendor shall provide a COI at least one week prior to the event.
Coverage Limits: Minimum $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate for General Liability.
Indemnification: Vendor agrees to hold Triangle Terror Con and the venue blameless against any loss, damage, theft, or claims arising from their operations.
