Welcome to The Biggest Gathering of Black Spiritual Culture on Earth. PYE CON is a thoughtfully curated one-day experience bringing together thousands of creatives, entrepreneurs, healers, and visionaries for a full day of speakers, workshops, live music, and community. Our marketplace is not a marketplace, it is an experience. Every vendor is hand-selected to align with the energy of the room and the people in it. No fillers. No duplicates. No passive display tables. Just quality, engagement, and intention.

This year every vendor must bring an interactive experience. Demonstrations. Hands-on activities. Readings. Engagement. If you are not here to connect with the people, this is not the right room. We welcome you to apply.

EXHIBITOR ELIGIBILITY — READ BEFORE APPLYING

WHO CAN APPLY? Spiritual vendors, service providers, healers, and aligned product brands who are serious about their craft, their community, and creating an experience, not just making a sale. Exhibitors must be 18+. Please read the information below carefully before applying.

🚫 PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF:

Your brand does not align with spiritual wellness, intentional living, or conscious culture
You sell food or beverages without a valid health permit
Your product or service is already represented by another applicant (we allow one vendor per category)
You are not prepared to professionally represent your brand for a full day
Your social media or website does not reflect the quality of what you're applying with

You use stolen art or unlicensed imagery
Your offering is not listed above

You are under 18

CURATION STANDARD

We review every application by hand. Applications may be declined if:

Your brand presence (social media, website, photos) lacks consistency or intention
Your offering duplicates an already accepted vendor category
Your brand does not align with PYE CON's mission and values
We do not accept everyone. We accept the right ones.

REVIEW PROCESS

Applications are reviewed by the PYE CON team
You will receive an approval, waitlist, or decline notice by email
If approved, your registration fee is charged upon acceptance

EVENT DETAILS

Event closes 7:00 PM 🔲 Booth sizes: 6x6, 10x10, or Premium Corner 🛠️ Exhibitors must bring their own display setup (table coverings, signage, lighting, etc.)

💰 Exhibitors keep 100% of their sales 
Setup: time listed in your setup email
Sales: 11:00 AM –7:00 PM

Event Space: The event space is indoors located in a 10,000 sq ft event space with ample room for our vendors and guests.You can check out the space online here: Ambient + Studios

Booth Design: Our aim is to showcase your business in the most compelling manner, so we invite vendors to craft booths that are both professional and welcoming to our guests. We encourage creative thinking in your design, consider inspiration from events like ComplexCon, ThriftCon, InvestFest, and MomoCon.

During the event: Please be aware that this is a full-day commitment. We aim for both vendors and guests to enjoy an immersive experience. If you cannot commit to staying for the entire event, please refrain from applying.

This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS / VENDOR CREDIT

PYE CON does not offer refunds for any reason. This includes cancellations due to inclement weather, acts of nature, or restrictions by governmental agencies beyond PYE CON's control. Vendor credit toward a future event may be considered on an individual basis depending on special circumstances but is not guaranteed. Withdrawals and cancellations directly impact the experience for the entire community. Any cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 2 weeks prior to the event to be considered for vendor credit.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By submitting a vendor application and participating in PYE CON, you agree to indemnify and hold PYE CON, Protect Yo Energy, its founders, officials, staff, volunteers, and agents harmless from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses of any nature, known or unknown, fixed or contingent,  including attorney's fees and court costs, arising directly or indirectly from your participation in PYE CON 2026.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the security of your own property, inventory, and display materials. PYE CON assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to your property before, during, or after the event.
