Because of you, last year wasn’t just an event… it was an experience. The kind people talk about, bring their friends back to, and mark their calendars for. You helped create something that felt elevated, intentional, and deeply rooted in the Western lifestyle we all love.
As we step into Reno Western Wonderland, we’re building on that foundation in a big way — a larger arena, a more immersive layout, and an even stronger focus on quality, experience, and community.
This application is for those who have already been part of the magic — the ones who showed up, showed out, and helped set the standard. Returning vendors are given priority consideration as we curate a well-rounded, high-caliber show.

Vendor Application Terms & Conditions
Please read carefully before submitting your application.
Application Does Not Guarantee Acceptance
Submission of this application does not guarantee a vendor space at Reno Western Wonderland. All applicants are subject to a review and approval process to ensure a well-curated and balanced event.
Curation & Selection Process
Reno Western Wonderland is a juried event. We intentionally select vendors based on product quality, brand alignment, category balance, and overall contribution to the experience. Returning vendors are given priority consideration, but approval is not automatic.
Booth Placement
Booth assignments, and locations are determined solely by event management. While we do our best to accommodate requests, placement is not guaranteed.
If you have a booth buddy, this must be requested with this application in the special request box!
Payment & Reservation of Space
If and when approved, we have it set that your card information will be ran IMMEDIATELY UPON APPROVAL. If something changes and you need to change your card information, or you need to cancel your application for any reason, make sure you do this BEFORE August 1st. There are NO refunds! So please be very aware of this factor as we move forward with this new system!
Booth Placement Add-On Terms
Requesting a specific booth location is an optional paid add-on. To be considered, vendors must list five (5) preferred booth locations in the Special Request section and toggle the “Specific Spot Request Fee.” Failure to provide five options will result in your request not being considered.
Be aware that if you choose different sizes and you are placed in a bigger or smaller spot that your vendor fee WILL REFLECT the size spot you are put in. If you don't want your fee changing, we HIHGHLY suggest choosing 5 of the same sized spots.
Fee Terms:
You will only be charged if you are accepted and your placement is approved
You will not be charged if none of your requested spots are assigned to you
The fee is only applied if one of your selected booth locations is successfully assigned
There is a potential [not guaranteed] for dirt area placement depending on final layout needs. This is not confirmed and may be included as one of your five preferences but is not guaranteed.
Product Approval
Vendors must sell products consistent with what is listed in their application. Any significant changes must be approved in advance. We reserve the right to ask vendors to remove unapproved items.
Exclusivity
We do not guarantee exclusivity within product categories. However, we do our best to limit oversaturation and maintain a diverse vendor mix.
Professionalism & Conduct
All vendors are expected to operate with professionalism, respect event guidelines, and contribute to a positive environment for both customers and fellow vendors. Failure to do so may impact future participation.
Event Compliance
Vendors must comply with all venue rules, safety regulations, and setup/breakdown timelines provided by Reno Western Wonderland and the venue.
Cancellations & Refunds
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. This event takes significant planning and resources, and your commitment helps ensure its success.
Right to Refuse or Remove
Reno Western Wonderland reserves the right to refuse or remove any vendor at any time for failure to comply with event standards, misrepresentation, or inappropriate conduct.

| The Nevada Mustang - Bigger Single Booth (13' x 9 - Wall) | $450.00 | Non-refundable | These spots back up to the telescope bleachers. They are a wider spot, and in the middle of the rows. You can combine these, but there will not be a discount. |
| The Cutting Horse - L Shaped Deep booth | $575.00 | Non-refundable | This spot is in with the other Deep Booth 19x9 spaces but has corners of the bleachers in the way so it is smaller space and discounted accordingly. |

The City of Reno REQUIRES you to have a day of license. If you do NOT have a City of Reno License, you HAVE yo get a Temp one through me and this is where you do that. |
| SPECIFIC SPOT REQUEST FEE | $60.00 | This is an optional fee for vendors who would like to select a specific booth location on the map. It accounts for the additional time and coordination required by our team to thoughtfully place vendors—ensuring proper spacing between similar businesses while maintaining a smooth, strategic flow for both shoppers and fellow vendors throughout the event. Fee will be refunded if your space is not available. REMEMBER TO ADD five (5) SPACES IN THE SPECIAL REQUEST SECTION OR ELSE YOUR REQUEST WILL BE INVALID! | |
