CC Ameribration

Ameribration is now accepting vendor applications for our July 4 celebration, taking place from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. in Calvert City Memorial Park. We are seeking a wide variety of vendors, including handcrafted goods, artisan products, and food trucks, to create a fun and diverse shopping experience for attendees. Vendors may begin setup on Friday, July 3, between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., and all booths must be ready to sell by 10:30 a.m. on July 4. Applications will be accepted through June 19, and we encourage vendors to apply early to be part of this long-standing community tradition.

Vendor Terms and Conditions – Ameribration

By submitting an application and payment, vendors agree to the following terms and conditions for participation in Ameribration on July 4:

Application and Acceptance
All vendor applications must be submitted by June 19. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Event organizers reserve the right to approve vendors based on product type, quality and overall event balance to ensure a diverse shopping experience.

Payment and Refund Policy
Vendor fees must be paid in full to secure a space. Refunds will be issued only if requested on or before June 19. No refunds will be given after this date for any reason, including weather or vendor cancellation.

Setup and Hours of Operation
Vendors may set up on Friday, July 3, between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. All booths must be fully set up and ready to operate by 10:30 a.m. on July 4. Event hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and vendors are expected to remain open for the duration of the event.

Booth Requirements
Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs and any necessary equipment. All displays must remain within the assigned space and be maintained in a clean, safe and professional manner.

Products and Sales
Ameribration is seeking handcrafted items, artisan goods and food vendors. All items sold must be approved as part of the application process. Vendors may not sell or display controversial, political or offensive items. American flags are the only flags permitted on site.

Food Vendors
All food vendors must comply with local health department regulations and obtain any required permits. Vendors are responsible for proper food handling and safety.

Liability
Vendors participate at their own risk. The City of Calvert City and event organizers are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury that may occur before, during or after the event.

Weather Policy
Ameribration will take place rain or shine. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.

Compliance
Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in removal from the event without refund.

By participating in Ameribration, vendors agree to all terms outlined above and help contribute to a safe, enjoyable, and successful community event
