2026 Lane County Fair Senior Celebration

Hello Vendors! Thank you for your interest in being a part of the 2026 Lane County Fair Senior Celebration!

DATE: Thursday, July 23

TIME: 11:00am - 2:00pm

BOOTH INFO:

• Booth fee is $70.00
• Each space includes (1) 8’ table and (2) chairs. Tablecloths will be provided.
• A standard 110-volt, 20-amp outlet is available.

ADMISSION & PARKING PASSES:

• (2) Admission Passes will be included in your packet (for Vendors only)
• Additional admission passes for staff or volunteers can be purchased for a discounted rate of $5.00 each
• Parking Passes for vendors are $10.00 each and will available for purchase beginning 6/5/26 in the business office at 796 W. 13th Ave (red two-story building at the intersection of W. 13th and Monroe)

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

• Full payment is required with your application in order for it to be processed
• VISA/MC is accepted
• Checks are accepted, payable to Lane County Fair. Mail to: 796 W. 13th Ave, Eugene OR 97404
• Payments are non-refundable

VENDOR PACKETS:

Beginning Monday, July 13th, vendor packets will be available for pick-up in the Lane County Fair Business Office located at 796 W. 13th Ave (red two-story building at the intersection of W. 13th and Monroe). The packet will include your (2) admission passes and any additional passes that have been purchased. Parking passes can also be purchased during that time for $10.00 each.

INSURANCE REQUIREMENT:

• All vendors are REQUIRED to provide a Certificate of General Liability Coverage of $1 million per occurrence/$2 million aggregate.
• Insurance must list “Lane County, its Board of County Commissioners, the Lane Events Center, Lane County Fair Board, and their officers, agents and employees” as additionally insured for the purposes of this agreement.
• Insurance needs to be current, list the booth organization name as contracted, and list The Senior Celebration date of July 23, 2026.
• You will not be able to begin Move-In until we have received your certificate of insurance and additional insured certificate.
