About the application
Apply to bring your Installation & Interactive Art to be placed in Balboa Park during the 2026 San Diego Pride Festival. This festival is a 2-day event highlighting the best in LGBTQ entertainment, interactive exhibits, cultural presentations, and community resources. This year's theme is PRIDE SHINES ON!
This program provides honorariums and highlights local artists presenting small, medium, and large scale artwork at the heart of the celebration. Selected artists will present work that activates the space, sparks conversation, and reflects the creativity and diversity of our community.
Honorariums are reserved for local artists who are part of the community or who stand as allies. Applications are reviewed by a jury on a rolling basis, and space is limited. For questions, please contact art@sdpride.org.
This application acts as a binding electronic agreement outlining the rules and expectations for all exhibitors. By submitting your application, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions
- By submitting a San Diego Pride Art of Pride Istallation Art Application, you are confirming your request and interest to build and install your art at the 2026 San Diego Pride Festival. This application does not guarantee participation and is subject to approval by San Diego LGBT Pride. You are also agreeing to follow ALL of San Diego Pride's Rules & Regulations listed within this application, including its attachments.
- The event will happen rain or shine. There is no rain date or postponement date.
- San Diego Pride and Art of Pride will provide up to $1,000 to individual artists or group of artists to bring Installation Art to the 2026 San Diego Pride Festival.
San Diego Pride reserves the right to reject incomplete applications or applications that do not reflect the mission and values of San Diego Pride.
