Get ready for a flavorful night in Historic Downtown Gallatin! Taste of the Square brings together downtown restaurants, shops, and food vendors for an evening of tastings, sips, and late-night shopping. Guests will receive a menu passport to guide them to participating locations offering samples, specials, and unique treats along the way. Stroll the square, enjoy great food and drinks, and experience downtown in a whole new way.

Terms & Conditions
General Information
This is a curated event with a very limited number of spaces. Both spots are 10x15. Tents are optional, but please note that the set-up time is only 45 minutes. Vendors must agree to sell food offerings as this is a food-themed event. Vendors must also provide a specific list and/or photos of what they plan to sell at the market. You will not be charged for your space until you have been accepted into the market.
The following information is provided for vendors to submit applications for the market. If your application is accepted, the application and the terms set forth will constitute a binding legal contract between the vendor and Historic Downtown Gallatin.
Event date and time
Taste of the Square will take place in the Downtown Gallatin Square from 6 PM to 8 PM June 5, 2026. This is a rain-or-shine event. Vendor fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Important dates and times
Vendors can set up their booth spots between 5 PM and 5:45 PM. Vehicles must be off the square by 5:45 PM This will be strictly enforced. We realize this is a quick set up time, so please do not apply if you will not be able to set up quickly.
Vendors will be allowed back on the square to load up their booths at 8 p.m. All vendors must have their booths off the street and the area cleaned up by 8:30 p.m. Please adjust your sale time/cleanup time accordingly.
- A map with booth placements will go out approximately one week before the vent.
Rules and Regulations
No vendor can purchase more than one space.
- Vendors must have a food or beverage offering to set up and sell.
If you manipulate our power boards, you will be asked to leave immediately.
Information-only tables are not permitted.
No soliciting.
