About the event

Join the Excalibur Con planning group, sponsors, and event guests for a special preview party August 14, 2026 at our official hotel partner, the Radisson Harborview! The party will be held in the Great Hall on the Superior Street level of the Radisson. There will be music, snacks & refreshments, cash bar, special guests, door prizes, unique vendors, community partners, and much more! There will also be exclusive silent auction items that will only be available at the party! All proceeds will go to our charity partners- the Minnesota Masonic Children's Clinic for Communication Disorders, the Excalibur Youth Fund, and the Mental Wellness Scholarship! Some of the Excalibur Con guests will be in attendance and join in the fun! Tickets can be purchased for $25. Excalibur Con vendors can purchase tickets for a special discounted price, message info@ for a discount code.

Terms & Conditions

Exhibitors that are waitlisted for Excalibur Con 2026 are eligible for an exhibitor space at the Excalibur Con Preview/VIP party.

 

In past years, several party exhibitors and artists have been able to table at the official Excalibur Con show when there were last minute cancellations from other artists or vendors. Party exhibitors will receive priority for these situations.

 

Please note, there is no guarantee that a space at Excalibur Con will open.
